I have been in here a few times and the associates have not known what I have been looking for or have not been experienced. I was fixing the map lights in my car and that associate was not familiar with bulbs at all. Another time I came in to try to change the battery in my key and the associate said they did not have a screwdriver.When I came in later for my alternator and battery, the manager Brittany grabbed the screwdriver I needed off the shelf and opened it and added it to their collection in the back. She also had recommendations for mechanics in the area and offered tips on how to save money. She was patient with me, too, and printed out estimates and let me write everything down.I also am going to mention that there are some guys that hang out around here in the parking lot and in the store and kind of give off a creepy vibe. I definitely would not work on my car in the parking lot as a woman.

Great service. An associate showed me how to change my brake light bulb and changed it for me at no extra charge. What could have been an expensive trip to the mechanic was instead a quick and easy fix thanks to O'Reilly. Plus I learned how to change my bulb. I feel silly now I know how easy it is.

Extremely helpful, when me and a couple of buddies went in there we essentially had no idea what we needed so we explained the situation to the clerk and he suggested some tools and parts that made our lives a lot easier.

I was extremely satisfied with the young man that waited on me! I wish I knew his name, but he treated me with respect and did his best to assist me with the tool(s) I needed for my son's car. Although the tool I needed they didn't have, I highly recommend this particular parts store.
