Horrible bank. Not open at convenient times, can't get in to close my account, wish I never did anything with them to begin with. Please God please have Chase buy these folksout and clean house.

So far I'm not happy with this bank. I never had problems with an ATM with Tcf. Now everytime I go up there for the ATM nothing it's down. Had to go to another Atm. The past few times. Another thing I was supposed to get a email from them about forgetting password nothing.

This bank is a bad representation of Huntington Bank. Do not use this location if you can avoid. Their ATMs seems to never work right or get the proper amounts to cover a 2day weekend. I personally know that all Huntington locations are not this way. Only in the Black communities must we face this service on a regular basis.

The business banker Tamara at the Calumet City location is the absolute best! I didn’t have an appointment but she still accommodated us and helped us make the best decision for our business banking. There is a noticeable improvement in the policies and services offered by Huntington bank. They are very straightforward, no bs, nickel and dimming, or locking my account. Huntington over Chase everyday of the week!

This is by far my favorite Huntington branch.The workers here are so friendly and amazing especially Jasmine she is always so helpful and professional. I definitely recommend this bank for wonderful customer service and other benefits.

This facility has only 1 banker.....1 bank teller the customer service is very unfriendly and rude as ever. This branch needs new training more staff and better employees. The nicest person was the security guard.

I never seen a bank that every other day the ATM is brokennnnnn!!!!!!You guys really need to get this issue fixed or install an atm for after hours.

Not enough tellers. Should NOT have to wait in line for 20 minutes because there’s only one teller working and two other ones standing around talking and counting money. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
