I must admit 2 years ago I would’ve have given a 1 star. Grace (I think that’s her name) was nasty and not helpful. But Tricia and ( I truly forgot the guy name). But the service was on point. They went the extra mile. Thank you for your good customer service.

The people who work at this branch are the reason that I stopped being a Citi customer.
The branch manager and tellers are helpless and don’t seem to know things like: how to transfer money between accounts from a different bank, how to call Fraud Protection and lift a hold after your card has been hacked, how to close an account over the phone from the branch, etc.
Everything I have tried to do there has been met with resistance, a long wait, then about half the time, they miraculously end up being able to do what I went there for after all the trouble and waiting.
If you bank with Citi, I suggest trying to take out all your money at once and see what happens. They fight you every step of the way, making it nearly impossible to get your own money out of your account.
Who would want to continue being a customer of a bank that can’t give you your money when you want it? I am leaving Citi as a customer, it is directly caused by the inept staff at this branch.

Oh my gosh! Raquel, my personal banker is really caring, go out her way to help you! She is so nice, considerate, show empathy and goes beyond the call of duty to get things fix for you. I had a major situation where she went beyond to handle it with care and perseverance. She deserves 5 stars for her great customer care! ? She deserves a raise, and an upper management position and the boss of Citibank!!! ?

I always go to Citi Bank to do my banking and get $2 bills. However everytime I go there it is only one Teller that is able to help me and that is Tricia, she is always awesome. The other workers always say they don't have them or they not able to get them. Where is the customer service ? Tricia is always a lovely face and her customer service is always amazing ?? at least they have one teller that helps

Words is not enough to express how grateful I am for the assistance that Raquel Huerta provided to me today. Her passion and desire to provide excellent customer service is admirable. I had the most best experience while at this branch. Personal Banker RAQUEL HUERTA ID:1905723 had a extraordinary attitude with my stressful situation. I had no luck with corporate and that is unbelievable, this wonderful human being is the reason I will continue my relationship with Citibank and I am now interested in many other of there services due to her advice

This has to be the worse Citi Bank. Like who does money at 9am on a Friday so we can't access the ATM. And then why does the bank not open until 10am. Such an inconvenience.

Worse bank I've EVER dealt with. Very unprofessional, communication is very poor between the branch and the customer service line. I've literally been trying to get an issue resolved for over a month! If you're dealing with large amounts of money everything you do causes "fraud alerts".
