The staff will give you incorrect information and make you get other paperwork to make a bank account that isn’t necessary. After going to a different branch I was able to get in and out quickly so i would not recommend going to this branch to handle financial business.

Dorthy ponderter is the branch manager Noemi Z, is the teller I was dealing with. I would not go to this bank. If my life depended on it these guys are so rude they give the wrong information and they are so inconsiderate of other situation. I was hung up on when I asked how to leave a review on the bank because the way I was being treated I talk to Dorothy who is the branch manager and she said her teller didn’t do anything wrong. She was sitting right there. The lady hung up in my face, said I was cussing at her, and wouldn’t give me directions to contact corporate or information I asked about to leave a review,instead of giving me the information she said I remember you what does that have to do with anything? Whatever you do stay far away from this bank with your earnings.

Great bank when I walked in I was greeted by a manager she seated me then she went to get the young lady she came out in less than 2 minutes called me into her office she was very polite and patient I opened a checking and savings account she let me know all of the options for each she printed my debit card got it set up with PIN number also gave me direct deposit info gave me the form fir direct deposit she did her job well and went over and beyond I don’t remember her name but the bank is located in calumet city Illinois and her office is the first one on the left when you walk in

Do not use this branch they could careless everytime you use card it locks up and teller had terrible attitude they dont offer anything to really build credit dog sht bank

Worst service I’ve had to deal with, I’ve banked with chase, Bank of America, and us bank. This particular location always has some type of issue where we can’t get change or go through the drive thru

This bank location used to be great and it meet my needs, now with the current staff that they have it is horrible. Every two weeks I will get a pack of $2 bills without a problem now they aways say we will order them but never do. And the bank tellers are rude. If you can't meet the customers needs and is rude please select another job. Signed a unhappy customer ?

Absolutely the worst bank by far and a complete rip off . They don’t meet the customers needs. And customer service is always rude employees poor customer service , and they always hang up the phone and it’s never someone who speaks fluent English. And the 7$ a day overdraft is absolutely crazy. I should of went with my first mind and not opened with this bank.

This drive thru has been a mess for a long time. I always hate coming to this location and try to avoid it unless absolutely necessary. You will always wait a long time here if there are any cars in front of you. The tellers have been very rude in the past until recently, I think they have new management. In the past there was a guy named Isaac working there that couldn't care less. I don't know if they are under staffed or just poorly managed, but this branch does not seem to change. Be prepared to spend a lot of time waiting. Every other location is very efficient. If you can avoid this location go elsewhere.

Disabled Veteran has a Federal Fiduciary that manages His monthly VA payments, but when he needs to cash and Allowance check from the account where HIS benefits are deposited monthly, they state he must pay a Fee just like someone who doesn't have an account. People who don't have an account are cashing checks to get payment from someone else's Account, not getting their Own managed money out . They Punish disabled Vets for Not being able to manage their own account due to their disability. What a way to say THANK YOU for his service.
