Went to the store this afternoon, it was not busy at all. There were several salespeople standing around not engaging with customers at all, chatting with themselves. Finally asked for help and the salesperson was completely unengaged, not helpful. A very disappointing experience, will need to go to the Oakbrook location or Ulta in Willowbrook instead.

I placed three separate pickup orders from different accounts for my mom's 50th birthday. The idea was to gift lipsticks to all the women at her celebration. However, when I went to pick up my orders, Teresa informed me that 'corporate flagged my account and canceled my orders.' She also claimed that corporate wanted me to come in person so she could explain the situation, saying, 'we can't allow you to buy all of them because we also want them available for other customers.' I was surprised, as I believed items were sold on a first-come, first-served basis.
Suspecting something was off, I contacted corporate and spoke with Danny, who was very understanding and helpful. He confirmed that corporate never flagged or canceled my order. To address the issue, we had a three-way call with the store manager, Ariana. Despite Danny explaining the situation, Ariana continued to be uncooperative and rude.
Based on this experience, I believe there was unfair treatment, and I strongly urge others to reconsider supporting this location.

This has always been my favorite Sephora store. But I had a particularly great experience last night (9/30/24). The entire staff was so courteous and eager to help me. And a special shout-out to Jessica who was awesome!

Associates stood at doorway and were unwilling to help customers. I found one associate and asked for help and she rolled her eyes at me. She barely answered my question and then walked away. I ended up leaving without purchasing and will go to an alternative for my makeup.

Was looking to buy perfume and a few makeup items for vacation. I asked the associate if they had a perfume in stock because online said they did but I didn’t see the bottle. I wanted to continue to shop but she took the perfume bottle and just gave me a dirty look. I’ve been shopping with Sephora for a long time and never had that happen. I ended up buying the perfume and leaving. But to be treated like I was gonna steal it.

Was in 2 weeks ago & will not go back. I am an older woman & wear makeup when I checked out the cashier looked at me & said "you don't have a rewards number with us". Highly insulting

The overall experience was disappointing and uncomfortable. The worker assisting me appeared disinterested and frankly, their behavior seemed racially charged. Upon asking for assistance, they either disappeared or seemed bothered by my inquiries. This lack of helpfulness made navigating the store on my own even more challenging. The atmosphere in the Sephora store felt off, creating a strange vibe that made me uneasy. As a result of this experience, I have no intention of returning. It's essential for businesses to foster an inclusive and welcoming environment for all customers, and unfortunately, Sephora fell short in this regard during my visit.

Excellent customer service me and my sister were helped by Jenna. She was very sweet, sweet, kind, and helpful! She helped me found all my products even my sisters. We definitely come back again to the store because of her positive energy!!

Overpriced and overrated stuff. Nothings worth its price and honestly I find better deals at Ross for cologne. Praying this closes so they can put something actually interesting in its place.
