He showed me pictures and even videos of the issues going on with my vehicle. We had a discussion on how he does business and that he wants to be sure an be proud of his work. It absolutely shows. Immediately after the tires arrived, Monica set up a time/day for me to come in.The waiting room was very quiet and relaxing. “Had a rough morning with my vehicle. Alternator went bad on me. I called around and most places said they couldn’t get me in or look at my vehicle until about 2 weeks. Doug got me right in even though they were busy. Doug even gave me a free ride back home saying don’t worry about calling a taxi. Jeff was an outstanding Technician who walked me through everything. “Took my vette in there for lifter noise, Tim and his boys jumped right into it. Came to the conclusion it had a bad cam and a lifter was stuck in the motor. Tore the engine down found out it was just put together to sell the car. Sold me one of his rebuilt small blocks, very professional service, fast and courteous. Highly recommended”

“After waiting 2 hours for our insurance’s roadside assistance, only to be told they couldn’t help us and that we would have to put in another ticket and start the entire process again, my coworker recommended Bethalto Star Towing. Logan was great! He gave me a price upfront and said he could be there in 15-20 minutes. He arrived in that time quickly completed the job and charged exactly what he quoted. And he’s super nice.
