I LOVED Zips in Philadelphia I even directed my team to use them at our hospital system so when we moved here I was willing to make the drive. They ruined two pieces in nov/dec. it is now March and despite CONSTANTLY telling me the owner will contact me-no response. The team is not well trained and they are clueless. Terrible customer service. This is a very different experience than the Philadelphia site. No resolution and they STILL have my pieces and NO CALL ever. The lower price point is not worth it.

Please think twice before going to this place. They simply cheat. I used to wonder how they are able to deliver your cloths on the same day after dry cleaning. The reality is that they don’t clean your cloths. What they do is simple ironing but they charge for dry-cleaning. I gave them my cloths for dry cleaning earlier this week and when I went to collect them, I found them ironed and out on hanger neatly but dirt around my collar. I thought it was by oversight and gave another day to wash/dry clean. Today when I went to collect, I found all my shirts ironed again but not washed. Insane….

Management is horrible! Non existent!! They messed up my wedding dress and I am always told the manager will be there the next day at a specific time and he is not. I need my issue resolved as soon as possible.

Pls count your clothes with any accessories such as belt, tie, etc. They misplaced our over coat’s belt and gave us a very bad customer service on call and in-person.Finally, Sravan helped us finding it and he is a great person to talk to.They didn’t compensated us with the inconvenience caused to us.

I dropped off my comforter to be cleaned on December 22 and paid the full price of $24.99. When I returned home approximately 10 minutes later I got an email announcing a sale price of $19.99. Each day I received a text or an email reminding me of the sale price. The receipt said it would be ready on December 27th. I didn't get the email stating it was ready so just went to pick it up. They told me they were running behind and to come back in an hour. I returned an hour later and they handed me someone else's comforter. Apparently I waited an extra hour for them to finish someone else's comforter. They were clueless which one was mine. After playing the guessing game of what color and what brand it is we found it. I asked for the courtesy of refunding me the $5.00 staff said they didn't have the authority to give me the sale price. I politely left my name and phone number for the owner to call me in the morning when opening the next day. The employee took my name and phone number and said he put it on the owners desk. I'm still waiting for my call. I won't be returning to this business due to poor service and inability to meet the sale price!!

They ruined 3 items and after 2 months, I am still waiting for compensation. I was told 3 weeks back that they will give me a gift card once they find the items on the website. I showed him (on of the managers) two items but still no compensation. Every time I go to the store, I am being told that he just left or is not there.I am really disappointed with the way management deals with customers after they make a mistake.I am updating my reviews as even the corporate chose not to respond. Every-time I go to the store, I am being told that owner will call back but still no response. They have extreme poor customer service. BE AWARE.

Opened during the pandemic and I am sure they had a hard time and slow start. Now it’s busy and in spite of a few growing pains they have been great.

Zips is very dependable and the people are speedy and pleasant. The clothes come out clean and pressed. They do good work.

Do they do a good job yes however if you ask them to change anything from what they use to doing it’s not going to happen!I like my polo and sweaters fold it. I ask them to do it every single time and 90% it’s not done.

Zip cleaners said same day. 7:00am in out by 5:30. Needed for a funeral next morning. Now the guy says 2 days when I went to pick up. A lady came in right behind me and said the same thing. STAY AWAY!!Update - the manager refuses to give me my clothes back because he doesn’t like that I complained. Good luck with that.

ZIPS lost my dress shirt, never returned my phone calls, then offered me a $20 store credit as compensation after I made 4 trips to the store myself.I was a weekly customer at ZIPS and the staff has always been excellent, but after seeing how management handled this situation I will not be returning to any ZIPS location.I dropped off a dress shirt for laundry. When I returned to pick up, I was told that it would be ready the next day. When I came back, I was lost and to expect a call when it was found.I waited 10 days without hearing anything and returned to the store. I was told that the shirt had been sent home with another customer they were trying to get it back, and if it could not be recovered within another week, I would be reimbursed for the cost of the shirt.I waited a week without hearing anything and returned to the store again, for the fourth time. At this point, I was offered a $20 store credit as compensation for my lost dress shirt.I reached out to ZIPs directly via their website and have not heard back in over a month.Service: Dry cleaning

Worst cleaners ever. They barely clean your clothes and will not have your clothes ready when they are supposed to be. Bring in by 9am out by 5pm is extremely misleading marketing and they should be fined for advertising as such.
