This place is a dumb there are more machines out of order then the ones that work and the place is filthy. No ac it's 90°inside its cooler out side the in this place. Will never return.

This is the third week in a row I've come here. The detergent machine is still out of order. All the Double Load washers, except for one, are out of order (they increased in Out of Order over the past three weeks), the WiFi is out of order, the drink machine will not vend even though I put in enough money. The only good thing is that the TV and Galaga machine wasn't on. This used to be a pretty good laundromat. It's really gone downhill.

Whoever owns this place is so unprofessional. If half of the machines aren’t working why is this dump still open ? This place is disgusting the floors are muddy as well. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Never coming here again

I went there last night and it was so clean. I remember that it used to be a dump with muddy shoe prints, disgusting machines, and dry sheets everywhere but now the floors are cleaner, there are fewer mud, dry sheets, and they clean the seat! The machines are actually being cleaned now besides some being broken. The worker puts in enough to clean and was much nicer than the last one. I've even see her help people when she's busy.

If I could give zero stars I would. This place is an absolute dump. Floors are messy and muddy. Almost every machine in this place is out service. There is no supervision/attendant at all. People are bringing in their dogs and placing them in the carts that people use to put their clean dry clothes and it’s disgusting and unsanitary. This place in general is just off. Only reason I had to come here was because I was already here and did not want to drive further to another laundromat.

It used to be a great place to do laundry. Now, most of the machines are broken and store has no heat.

I used to really like this place. Every time I come, there are more out of order signs added to the machines that already had signs. In a row of 11 machines, only 4 of them are currently functioning. Back in July I texted the contact number stating the washing machine didn't do a spin cycle and I had to rewash a load of clothes. I was never contacted nor reimbursed the $6.50. Nearly two months later the machine is still broken.

I’ve been a long time customer even before the the new owner took over. In the past couple years, it has gone down. The place is never clean the washers and dryers are always out of order. I came giving it the benefit of the doubt, but it was the worst experience ever. The air conditioner is off. It’s so hot and humid inside. The doors are closed so no air flows through. I feel bad for the workers who have to deal with that. The owner should be ashamed of himself.

Went to the laundromat on Sunday. The coin exchange did not give me the appropriate money back. It shorted me money. And then the soap vending machine ate my money. I called and left a voicemail with the owner like it says too on Sunday. I have not heard back. I would like my money back.

Came here because I was in a hurry to get my laundry done instead of doing one load at a time and I regret it. The entire place is filthy the floors, washing machines, sink.. just everything is dirty!
