Always helpful and everything gets fixed right the first time and at a fair price. Can't recommend this shop more. As soon as our cars are out of warranty we no longer go to the dealer but only to Sam's!

They did a complete engine replacement but wired things incorrectly for the purge valve. For 2 years I had on again off again issues and a check engine light for EVAP issues they couldn't resolve and chalked up to a small leak. I finally took it elsewhere and come to find they connected the purge valve to the wrong port then ran a new wire to piggyback power from other systems to force it to work. The new power line caused the valve to stay permanently open when engine was on, causing the "leak". They refuse to own up to the problems they caused and the additional repairs this forced on me.

One of the best automotive repair shops in the Brookfield area. Not real cheap and not a a rip off place. Have technicians there that really know what they are doing.They will not touch your car unless they can do it the right way. If you are looking for a place that can give you a repair on the cheap just to get you down the road a little ways or to dump your problems on someone else; then this is not the place for you.Very professional. I have never seen a shop more organized or cleaner than this place.Been going here for over 20 years.

This is a review from a "car nut"....These guys aren't cheap, but not rip-offs either. Sam and Andy are very detail oriented, knowledgeable, no extra bogus work, respectful, friendly and courteous. There's no fancy 60" TV waiting area, but your car will get done in the most professional manner. They've been in the business for over 20 years, and it shows they're about the perfect example what a repair shop is supposed to be. I strongly recommend.
