Not a nice Experience!!!! I purchased items, And No Prices Are Showing, At the cash register!!!!!! What a Gimic!!!!!! Her name on the receipt, Is Sherry, I politely Asked her if She can tell me ,What the Items, Are Ringing up, She Was To busy talking about her Weight Loss!!!! With the ppl behind me!!!! Now That's Customer Service!!! I went across the street to Family Dollar, They were Extremely Kind!!!! I got a pack of children's underwater, for twice as much, in the pack, Same Price!!!!! at Family Dollar!!!! So I bring the pack, Right back, To Dollar general!!! Same Lady!!! Sherry!!! I heard her being polite, And saying have a good Day!!! When they Left in front of Me, She is Not Nice Again, And tells me, My refund has To go BK on my Card!!!!! I told her I Always get Cash back, in Dollar generals!!!! With a receipt!!!!! She says no, That's not right?!!!!! I have been Shopping at Dollar General for Many Years!!! I Still tried to be Polite , to this woman , And Said Ty, Again On the Way Out!!!! Again She Completely Ignored Me!!!! Seems Like A Little Click, Store!!!!!! She is only going to be Polite if You Live a few Blocks Away!!!!! Terrible Customer Service!!!!! Don't waste Your time Here!!!! Go Across the Street to Family Dollar!!!!

I was hoping there would never be a day where I had to give such a negative review on an establishment but it finally came. It was my first time at this specific Dollar General and will NEVER go back! The store itself is fine, clean-ish and shockingly organized. The reasoning of me never returning and giving it 1 star is for the woman who waited on me. There was a delivery guy before me, she walked out with an attitude rang the bell a few times looking him dead in the eye, then told him "there's a bell there for a reason" once she got to me, I had a basket full and it wasn't all fitting she said and I quote "come on! Just put it all up here" (I had my 6 year old with me) so he hurried and grabbed the 4 tubes of paint and put them inside a planter pot that I had just placed onto the counter (there was no more room on the counter) she snapped at him (I won't post what she said because it contains foul language) he tried to contain his tears. It was at that point when she said what she said to my son that I told her to go ... Herself and left. She wasn't wearing a name tag but was an older lady probably late 50s, short blonde/grey hair. I called corporate as soon as I got out to my car. This woman, even if she was having a bad day, does NOT deserve to work with public.

This place is a dump. Went in to shop today Because of the deals after Christmas and found a lot of things and they were marked 25% and 50% off as soon as I swiped stuff at the self check out only a few items were half or discounted the rest was still full price. I was glad the gentleman came over to take items off that I wasn't going to pay fill price for but as soon as I seen the rest not discounted I left the stuff there. Upon all of that the women that work in there were saying someone smells like Pee and they all got quiet and pointed at me when the whole place smelled like pee. I won't be back.

Went there on Friday, when they were supposed to be open, but outside of the door was a sign saying closed until further notice who does that????

I like Dollar General However; this store is filthy inside and out ! The outside looks like a third world country garbage cigarette butts everywhere nobody cleans it up! Inside is so over crowded and dirty. Who ever owns or runs this dirty store clean it up! I will take my business elsewhere! Certainly wouldn't buy food in there

Love this DG. Everyone is always nice and family like. If not on the shelf, they will look in back for you. Since pandemic it is hard to have it all in stock, but it's not their fault.

This location always seems to be so unorganized. The staff tries to help when they can but its always understaffed. On a positive note they always have adorable decorations for the holiday's.
