Called in a pizza order for carry-out at 6:03 pm. They said it would be ready in 35 minutes. I show up 40 minutes later for pickup, and they have no record of my order. The workers asked, “well do you want us to get the order started?” Ummmm…. Yeah! It seems to me I am always waiting at this location-it’s always running behind.

STOP buying their pizza. They no longer use ladles for their sauce they used gloves hands. And I have seen those gloved hands touch many other things before walking over and making a pizza. ? And the staff that they hire now is absolutely ridiculous and nowhere near friendly. Which is frustrating because you expect to go in somewhere and have friendly staff but everybody's just out to make money.

Judy the cashier is always rude and has an attitude in the morning. Other than that the store is usually good and other staff members are friendly.

They told us 40 mins, was okay with that. Wasn't okay when I got home and it looked like it sat under the heat lamp for 40 mins. It was cold and hard and it looked like a thin crust, which we didn't order. I ate it because I'm 8 months pregnant and have a toddler that was hungry, but NEVER again getting pizza from braidwood. Braceville knocks baidwoods pizza out of the water EVERY day of the week. Braceville caseys from now on, sorry but not sorry braidwood, but you suck!Ps...I threw it up not even 10 minutes later. Did you guys just give us pizza out of the rolling rack thing that's been sitting there for hours? It made me sick, literally ??

Always love going to Casey's usually competitive gas prices, great food, and clean bathrooms! Never really had a bad experience at Casey's and is definitely my preferred gas station.

Grabbed an item on the shelf that was labeled “buy one get one free”. Brought it up to the manager when I was charged for both and he was extremely rude in telling me it was mislabeled and implied that I moved the sale sticker, and they would not honor the advertisement. Poor customer service skills

It says they close at 11 pm but every time I go, they close before that. Get your hours straight.

This place is closed on weekends before 9:00pm...they need to get their hours straight!I think they close whenever they feel like closing and opening.

4pm on a Saturday, no pizza, or any food for that matter made, same thing a lot of times through the week, people go to the Casey’s because of there food and pizza, there should never be a time during the day where there isn’t a pizza in the warmer
