I've been to Tuffy's a couple of times for service to my car. I've been treated professionally and the services were performed correctly at a much lower cost than my local Honda dealership charges.

Mark, has great customer service and he’s friendly. He helped me with my car problem. With a Tuffy coupon, my oil change was a lot cheaper than other competitors.

I have been going to Tuffy for a couple years. Their service is absolutely topnotch. I appreciate that they explain everything I need to know and answer all my questions. Kelsey took care of me today on such a personal and honest level. You have a real gem in her! The office is so comfortable, the coffee so good, the time always flies by. I recommend you to everyone!! They did a great job with oil change and giving me a quote on new tires. The only bad part was I had 12:30 appt and my car didn't get in for service until 1:20.

We were in town from Texas and needed some radiator work done. They worked hard to get us a loner car so we could see our family. And got the work done on our car the next day so we could complete our trip. Excellent service!!

Great service as always. Car runs light a dream after fixing the left wheel bearing and front breaks. I was able to use the loaner car so it all went off without a hitch.

I called and set up an appointment to have brakes checked and tires rotated. When I arrived I was told that they didn't have my appointment scheduled, but they could get me in. I told them at check in that I needed the brakes checked and tires rotated, but what I got was an oil change with the tire rotation. I had just gotten an oil change 3 weeks before that, so that was a waste of money. I have no idea whether the brakes were checked or not, so now I'm scheduling that at a different place.
