I’ve never worked with a dealership that’s as honest, professional, respectful, and competitive as Taylor’s. I wouldn’t get my cars from anywhere else. Their prices are always lower than other places, and if they don’t have the car you want, they’ll ship it to their dealership to make sure you find what you want!

I’ve been a loyal customer at Taylor Dodge, having purchased three vehicles from them, but after my recent experience, I will never go back. I brought in my 2023 Durango for service due to a very noticeable engine tick. They replaced one collapsed lifter, but when I went to pick it up, the engine was still ticking.
The service advisor insultingly implied that I didn’t know what I was talking about and said they would take another look. The next day, they called and claimed that my Durango sounded the same as a brand-new one they parked next to it. That’s their diagnostic process? They dismissed my concerns and said the car was fine.
Not satisfied, I got a second opinion from another Dodge dealership, which confirmed there was still an issue and referred me back to Taylor Dodge. After bringing it back in, it turns out there were two more collapsed lifters. When I came to pick it up after the repairs, the advisor saw me coming and left the office, seemingly to avoid me. The young employee who was left in the office exchanged keys with me without an apology or any acknowledgment of the inconvenience.
While I’ve had positive experiences with the sales department, the service department is horrendous. I would strongly advise others to stay away from their service department.
UPDATE: A week and a half later, and the engine is ticking again. Now worse than before the work was done. I will post another update after I speak with them about it.

The worst car dealership I've ever dealt with, the day I signed paperwork before I drove it off the lot 8/22, the A/C went out, had it 5 weeks for a part, the same only worse problem 7/24 only now it can't be fixed? Taylor won't stand behind a very bad sale!!
