highly recommend!! We had a wonderful experience with this towing company. We blew a tire around 10pm on I 57, the tire had a lock on the lug nut and there was no key so we were unable to change the tire. We called this company to see if they could tow us to our home (located in Plainfield, about an hour away from where we were stuck). The lady we spoke to was so nice and Max, the tow truck driver was there to get us within 20ish mins and he was absolutely wonderful!!! We had our 1 year old as well as our dog with us and there was still no hesitation about them coming to tow us. From pricing to customer service/arrival time, I have no complaints at all.

Super happy!! My Jeep broke down and John came right away and gave my Jeep a jump!! He was super friendly, knowledgeable and fast. I would highly recommend Larry's Towing and especially John!! Nice to make a new friend. Thanks for saving the day!!!

In a stressful situation (accident at 2AM) Menz Towing came threw and put us at ease! Their Driver John went way beyond the call of duty to help us! The office staff Jen and Jill were super helpful and patient when trying to gather all information on how their process and policies worked! We never used them before for any situation but from experiencing their friendly OUTSTANDING service we will be using them every time in the future if we are in need! Thank you all again!

Menz Towing did a great job towing my car. John the driver was punctual and responded within 15 minutes from the time I called. Good experience from dispatch to delivery. A lot of care was shown towing my freshly painted antique 30 miles to my home. Would highly recomend them for any tow work.

Menz Towing is great. We had a breakdown far from home. Menz Towing gave us excellent service thanks to our driver John Lynch. He was very helpful and hilarious! This company made a bad situation bearable. If we ever need help in that area Menz towing is who we will call!

Had to call them when the turbo and motor went out in my vehicle. The woman who answered the phone was very polite and answered my questions. The man who showed up was timely, polite, and didn't immediately demand payment. Best part is they were $150-200 cheaper than some of the other quotes I received. More than willing to use them again in the future

I was stuck in my driveway due to the snow near a busy intersection and John from Menz Towing circled around the block and helped to push me out-free of charge. It was such a genuine gesture of kindness and truly made my day! Hopefully I never need a tow while I'm in the area; but if I do, I will be calling Menz Towing! Thank you so much John!

Spectacular service and friendly people who go out of their way to help you! Wow, it's great to have a business that cares about their customers & wants to take care of you.My daughter's car was struck by debris while headed south on I 57, she had to put the car on the shoulder, and was very scared. I made a phone call to Larry Menz - they were on the ball and forgot right out to my daughter's car. Driver was kind and made her feel so much better. They also recommended a local body shop and took her car there (another great experience). Fair price & exceptional service!!

They change the price once it's hooked up and on the road. Basically hold you hostage. They were given the address ahead of time asked the total. Dispatcher says 155 total. Truck driver charges 190. Definitely do not reccomend.
