Don's Auto Repair is one of few car repair places that I trust. I usually get anxious when I have to bring my car into a place, as I feel like I have a disadvantage since I don't know that much about cars. But I really appreciate how Don takes the time to explain the testing and repair process, rather than just handing me a bill. Most car places I have been to over the years, I feel like they just charge as much as they can, especially when dealing with someone who isn't that knowledgeable about cars. However, Don charges reasonable prices for the work, and makes the customer feel that he won't try to gouge you.

Don is a great mechanic. He takes the time to explain things in easy to understand language. My wife said he doesn't treat women less because they are a woman bringing a car in for repair. Don is honest in his repairs and doesn't gouge his customers. He runs his business with integrity and honesty. He will take the time to explain everything, and makes you feel like you are his only customer. They say "if you find a good mechanic, stay with him." Don IS that mechanic!

I wouldn't think about going anywhere else but Don's! Very good communication on the status of my car. I've brought three different cars to Don and he fixed them up perfectly and with a fair price! The best in town!

This is the guy! Friendly, fair, honest and took care of me very quickly. I’m so thankful I was referred by my boyfriend whose parents have been using Don for years. He also took care of my mom and grandpa who had sent their vehicle in numerous times and spent thousands of dollars and still had issues. One visit to Don and he fixed them right up. My family knows where to go from now on. Thanks again for the phenomenal service:)

I asked for service on my vehicle. I explained to them what the problem was. They found the problem and called me to explain the repair before starting work, along with the costs. The work performed was excellent and the vehicle ran like it did before the problem. It is very valuable to have an auto repair shop that can repair your car without hassles.

I've been taking my cars to Don for a variety of jobs for many years now. I had an Audi that he worked on. I requested him to install a cold air intake and some other stuff, which he did. His prices are absolutely unbeatable. He does whatever is needed with perfection. He doesn't upsell any service. I've also been taking my BMW to him for jobs like a brake pads and rotor replacement, active flaps replacement etc. The stealership wanted thousands of dollars per job. Other businesses in the area refused to work on it, saying I should take it back to the dealership, or charged exorbitant rates. Took it to Don after I sourced the parts online and made an appointment with him. He gave the car back to me as promised on the same day itself. And I was shocked at how he only wanted a couple hundred dollars per job. They take credit cards and give you an invoice. I have absolutely no hesitations recommending this establishment. I will absolutely be taking my vehicles to him to work on as long as he accepts it.

Never had a bad experience here! They are always honest and up front with issues on your car and parts needed etc. There prices are reasonable.
