I’ve been renting from Alexander Equipment several years now and been well satisfied. The equipment is very well maintained and everyone there is so friendly and courteous. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I met Jerry Alexander in 1986 and have had multiple dealings with Alexander Equipment since 1986.I have only the highest praise for the character and integrity of the Alexander family, their employees, and Alexander Equipment Rental.They have earned my five star rating and I highly recommend them to you!

Went there for batteries for my boss's lift. Only one I can find that had them in stock and the price wasn't too astronomical.

What a waste of time. I called to try and order parts. Guy asked me for the serial number for my lift I tell him to hold on one sec I don't have it in front of me. Straight up just hangs up so I ended up buying parts online and I suggest you do the same.

So this company ive rented over 15k in lifts. Very friendly people until this point. Every single lift we rented we have had issues ( broken hydrolic lines, gas lines, blown out wheels, etc) . We always called/ documented and for the most part they sent someone to fix the issue. So we just called to get another rental considering this is the only lift rental near us. As well as lowest costs. I guess they are able to maintain low costs because they do NOT upkeep the equipment. So a guy named Matt got on the phone and said “we always had bad luck with you” i said “Yes we have, its ok i understand equipment breaks down”. “Anyways, i would like to have one delivered tomorrow”. His response “we dont have any available for you”. So now they refuse to rent to us because we spoke up about receiving credits for the times the machinery was inoperable. I guess thats how business is done. If a customer rents and the machine has mechanical issues we just dont rent to them. Maybe he believes it was our fault when our workers got stuck NUMEROUS times 50’ in air or when the drive piston busted inside a mall from just driving down corridors or maybe it was our fault when diesel fluid poured out all over pavement due to gas line so corroded it ruptured. Hmmm... easier to claim user error i guess. Easier to quiet the critics i guess. Would not recommend. Sad thing is we still try using them for the simple fact its a local business, not a huge corporation and is cheaper than the others. After all that they refused US!! Crazy guess cheaper isnt always better.

I just purchased a hard to find drag bucket at a very reasonable price from them...very happy!!I definitely recommend looking at there inventory before shopping elsewhere!
