On 7/18/2024 A salesman came out to give me an estimate for fence repair or possible complete replacement due to storm damage. The salesman's was rude and had no idea on things he was talking about. He spent more time telling me everything he wasn't going to do for me than actually giving me a quote for the job. I finally told the guy after about 10 minutes of listening to his attitude that his service is not a good fit for me. I have used Tousignant years ago and the service was great then. I have 2 dogs so I am in need of fencing and was ready to pull the trigger on a new fence right away. This guy soured me from using them and lost a sales. Tousignant if you read this review trust me when I say this you will lose many more sales with this guy and his rude attitude.

I actually would give ZERO stars if possible. The level of customer service has been extremely POOR so far. On 9-27-22 I placed a deposit of $1200 (50% of the total cost) to have a chain link fence installed in my backyard. The salesman told me it would take about 3 weeks to get the fence supplies delivered & someone from the company would contact me to arrange installation. After 5 weeks passed, I had not heard from the company. I sent several emails to the salesman to find out the status of the fence but received no communication. On 11-8-22 I was finally able to speak with someone & my fence installation was arranged for today 11-16-22. At 7:45am today I received a call from the company stating that "the fence was supposed to have been delivered yesterday but was not delivered" so the installation was cancelled & they "would get back to me" on rescheduling the installation. This tells me that they never ordered my fence after I placed the deposit, but they have not admitted that mistake or taken any steps to rectify the situation. Based on my poor experience so far, I highly doubt that the company will be prompt in contacting me & I will probably have to keep trying to contact them. As the customer, I should not have to do that. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

Terrible service even just trying to get windows measured. Brian was asked over the phone to wear a mask while in my home and felt the need to mention the "fake virus." We asked for new windows, not his political opinion. He did not show up at the scheduled time for measuring. I called and left a voicemail, and he texted back 30 minutes after the appointment time to let me know he was canceling. I assume he had no intention of coming, and only got back to me because I called. I will NEVER consider using A Plus again and you'd better believe that I will tell everyone I know who needs home improvement work in this area.

Called regarding a garage door repair. Awesome response and concern on the phone. The repairman was out soon after and the awesome customer service continued. Nice prompt and to the point. Front to back genuine customer service doesn't happen much anymore. A Plus gets and A+. Keep it up and never lose it. That will forever be your best marketing. Will highly recommend!

After much deliberation, we decided to replace all the windows on the lower level of our house. Knowing absolutely nothing about windows, we opened up the yellow pages and called three different business to come out and consult us on our options. Tousignant was the second company we called. They informed us that Denny would come out, take a look at our situation, and quote us on our options. I will go on record to say that I have never met a less pushier sales representative in my experience. He measured, evaluated, and promised us a price in two days. He delivered on that promise and they were not only the least expensive option, they had the best product quality. When installation day came, they sent out a installer who was extremely polite and courteous. Most importantly, he was efficient. In a matter of a day and a half, he had all nine windows installed, sealed, and there was no mess to speak of. The only issue we experienced was that one of the new screens had several slits in it. They promised to fix it and then followed up on that promise. There is a great deal of uncertainty when purchasing windows however Tousignant made it easy and relatively affordable.
