One particular pharmacist is very very rude. She needs to change her attitude I don’t know why she is still working there if she can’t handle the patients. I already changed all of my family member to Walgreens as default pharmacy. Never going back to deal with that pharmacist.

Service has really fallen in the last year to 1.5 years. 1 tech in particular needs to do some intense procedural and customer service training. She is ineffective and rude. Makes unnecessary comments every time we get her. She is the worse addition to this pharmacy in a long time.

My spouse had surgery this morning. A pain prescription was sent to this pharmacy.I arrived to pick it up and was told that the medication was in the safe and it wasn't open, they told me to come back in 30 min.I sat in the parking lot and waited the half hour.I went back to the pharmacy. I was told the medication was in the safe and it wasn't open, they told me to come back in 10 min.I sat in the parking lot and waited the 10 min.I went back to the pharmacy. I was told the medication was in the safe and it wasn't open, they said to come back in 10 min.Not happy as my wife is at home with acute pain.

Only reason I'm giving a 2 is because I received good service in the past. Now their service is terrible. Hijack prices and say it's the insurance raising prices.. not true switched pharmacies and I'm getting my old price again. I had to go in circles with my insurance and Meijer to get anything resolved. It was headache on my end.

I had 2 pharmacist telling me my prescription would be filled in 24 hours after waiting a week and calling for a THIRD time another pharmacist told me they dropped the ball on me and she would have it done in 15 minutes. I came and paid for my medication to later find out it was the off brand of my medication and not the name brand when I told them multiple times I needed the name brand and my doctor put a script in for name brand. Go to another location this one is horrible

Was told they don’t have my prescription, after confirming with my doctors office I called back a day later and they still didn’t have it. I asked them to check their fax and sure enough it was sitting in their fax machine. So then I’m told 45 minutes. I give them over an hour and show up just to be told it’s too early to fill my script, come back tomorrow. I went back the next day and it still wasn’t ready. 14 pills. Terrible customer service.

Waited a hour and 18 minutes for curbside order (sked for 10am) and was told it would be a ten to fifteen minute delay. No problem…I”m a patient person and can understand staff shortages. However, after a hour and 18 minute wait, (I had to call to get a status update) I was told that it would be another 20 minutes. I have never been so angry. I get social distancing and all that, but come on!!!! Only 5 registers out of 26 are open and people are lined up through the clothing sections!!!! This is absurd!!

Went to pick up a cake for my daughter's golden 18th birthday. While talking to the staff about her birthday and how we couldn't celebrate with her due to the corona virus and restaurant shutdown, she was really moved. The bakery staff wanted to make sure her day was as special as can be during this unprecedented social isolation. They made a beautiful cake with a princess crown and even wrote on the box, wishing her a happy birthday. We were all moved to tears. I can't thank them enough. My daughter was very grateful. They are wonderful.
