Own a garage door business in Bolingbrook. Vehicles are a necessity for us. Fortunately, and unfortunately, I have had to call Ken with Heartbreak Towing twice in the last 4 months. Both times my work vehicle was towed within 15 minutes and brought to my choice of mechanic. Couldn't have asked for any better in a crappy situation.

Great service from Heartbreak Towing. My car got a stuck on a curb and I needed a tow over Labor Day weekend. Bob not only arrived at my location quickly, he freed my car in no time. He was very knowledgeable and calm with explaining every step. Appreciate the help Bob!

I was stranded not far from this shop. They were able to get to me within 10 mins. Bob was very helpful amd suggested I go to a cheaper shop for a belt change, grease monkey was too busy but at least he tried to save me money.
