I have to say I am very happy with the install. Bart the installer did a great job and left everything very clean when he left. Michele also did a great job following up and verifying I was happy and that I did not have any questions.

We had our tub and shower replaced with a walk-in shower by Jacuzzi. Our overall experience was extremely good. The salesperson, Bobby, was nice and explained everything and showed us pictures of the final product and brought sample materials from his van. The manager, Samantha Steady, kept us informed about the possible dates of installation. The installers, Danny and Alex were pleasant and worked tirelessly all day and finished the job in one day.

Ron came out to do the initial sales visit and do the measurements and get us what we might need for our bathroom.
He showed us options and materials available so we could have the kind of walk in shower we needed for our situations.
Samantha kept us updated on the install date and progress of the order. Dan and Alex did the tub/shower to walk in shower conversion and did a great job. We have a small bathroom, so space limitation was respected during the process. We were told we could view the progress of the install at any point . They cleaned up and removed all trash created by the install. We only had one small problem, they didn't have the correct size trim piece to finish trimming the shower pan. Angelo came out two days afterward and installed the correct size trim piece and caulked the necessary places. Took only 15 minutes to complete the finish. Now our bathroom is ready for any life changes we might have happen in the future.

We has a walk in show installed by Jacuzzi in August of 2024. We we very pleased with the product of the shower, base and walls in addition to the shower spa. The installer Joe Maragliotti and his partner did nan excellent job. I would highly recommend the Jacuzzi bath tub to shower conversion, especially for seniors looking for a safer shower experience.

Was amazed the professionalism and the manners that Dylan had for my need didn't even bother to get another estimate they was able to work with me as far as prices job was done and the time that he stated very polite and took the time to actually listen to me and see what I what I needed definitely 10 stars but there's not an option there's only an option for five stars. Dylan was a good sales man explaining everything. We didn't realize it would take 4 months before all the parts became available. We converted from a big jets tub to a nice sized walk-in shower. Dylan said it might take one and a-half days, which is fine. Joe and Jan were very nice and knowledgeable installers. They found a bizarre location of the tub water pipes (from a 1980's rehab) which were installed outside the wall, so the acrylic bed and panels would not fit. They were able to call in a plumber, Mitch, so he worked through the afternoon to take out the old piping and put in new piping under the floor. An expensive unknown, but that's the way it goes. Joe and Jan came back the next day and finished their install, cleanup and review by 5pm. They were cordial, respectful and did a nice cleanup. Samantha, project manager, called several times to follow-up on how the install was going. Very happy with the results!! Thank you all! Forgot to take a pic of the old bathtub!

My wife and I had a great experience with Jacuzzi Bath Remodel. Samantha our project manager kept us up to date and informed on the progress of our order. Very professional.
Deyan our installer reassured us he could complete the job in one day and absolutely exceeded our expectations. He was professional, friendly, and highly skilled.
