I give the staff 4 stars. They are friendly and do their best to keep up. The company would get 0 stars if I could give that score. Like others have pointed out, they are always understaffed, have a long line at all hours in the drive-thru, and I regularly find my medication has not been filed on time due to understaffing. Why go back? It is the most conveniently located pharmacy for me by a long shot.
As of today, I quit with Walgreens at this location. I refuse to go back. I hate having to see if there is another company my insurance likes, but that is my mission. If Amazon Pharmacy is a good fit for me, I am moving completely away from Walgreens forever.

The pharmacy here is chronically understaffed and struggles to bill correctly. Now I'm sitting on hold for 30+ minutes to get this corrected. Perhaps Walgreens needs to pay their pharmacy staff more to attract and retain employees, because the current situation is unacceptable.

Very disappointed by the lack of personalized care at this specific location. My recent experience highlighted a concerning lack of attention to individual customer needs. The lack of concern and personalized assistance inconvenienced me significantly. It's crucial for a pharmacy to provide tailored care, and unfortunately, that was sorely missing. Hoping for an improvement in customer-centric service in the future. Would rather go without medication then to ever be serviced at this pharmacy!!!

What is the deal with this place? Worst pharmacy in town. Fifty people in line inside and 20 cars in drive thru. Close, if you can't employ enough people to do the work.

If a prescription is going to take more than 3 minutes this establishment needs to tell the car in the drive thru to park and come inside. I sat in line for about 40 minutes not moving for 10 minutes at a time. The drive thru should be utilized for people who are coming to pickup items that are ready to go.

Really appreciate the pharmacy peeps here! They are understaffed, yes. I’ve seen and heard how they work together and help each other to get prescriptions out. I hope they get recognized for this.

Walgreens is one of the worst places you can go. Rude and clueless employees at all locations. I guess customer service doesn't matter as long as the guys at the top get paid? Bye bye Walgreens

They close whenever they want for days at a time with no prior notice. They have been closed this time for 5 days so far. I still can't get needed prescriptions

I have had nothing but great service in this store. The staff is pleasant and the pharmacy does the best they can under stressful circumstances. I have had to wait sometimes but I have never seen any of the staff just standing around. They are always rushing but never make me feel rushed. Great store.

Slowest pharmacy I have ever seen. Their concept of time is off. If they tell you 45 minutes be prepared to wait 2 1/2 hours.

The Walgreens app and refill process could use some work, however the staff at this specific Walgreens pharmacy have always been incredibly kind, helpful, and patient. I continue to refill at this location because of the kindness of the pharmacy staff.

I love the customer service here. They’re always so kind. Specifically staff member Faye. Love her. During the time everyone is sick at the same time, there are long wait times for meds to be filled and when you pick them up. If your prescriptions get sent to them after a certain they may say they cannot fill it. When I really needed a medication due to illness, they did help me out and get it filled right away. Sometimes they cannot do that though. They handle a lot of difficult customers and I applaud them for that.
