Was actually impressed with this store. I came in for a pillow, and was met professionally by a gentleman named Andrew. We had went through a few pillows that had helped align my spine, because I have issues. After this he had shared with me the monitoring in which the beds had offered for heart and other forms of health, to which you can follow via an app. I was impressed. I purchased a pillow that I can return within 100 days if it doesn't feel right after 30. It's a great place.

I called the store before I went there to see the beds. The online information was good enough to select what I thought I needed. The employees were very friendly and helpful in completing my order. I’m looking forward to receiving my order and enjoying a great night sleep

Service was fantastic Ian helped us find the perfect bed and pillows as well as answered any questions we had / could think of. All around great experience. Only thing that was bad was the disposal process. I paid for my old bed and bed frame to be removed, we had to switch the days because of work so the next Wednesday when the guys came out they told my girlfriend that I didn't pay for it and couldn't take the bed or frame. Disappointed on that end. Other than that fantastic service and quality of bed!!

Buyer beware if there is even the smallest chance that you are not sure a sleep number bed is for you do not get this bed!!!!!!! Because they charge you 270 to deliver the bed and 270 to get the bed if you do not like it and wish to return it. So it is not a free trial do not be fooled. It is 540 to try. Also had to beg them to come get the bed as well would not except no easily that it was not for us. Also if you finance the bed with them when you get your statement it gives no explanation of your charges so keep your receipts from the store. They also say it is not a Sleep Number Credit Card even though that is how they advertise it.

Katelyn was unbelievably helpful, knowledgeable and kind. Making a purchase knowing it will be thousands, is nerve wracking. After my experience with Katelyn, I feel confident I’m getting every dollar back in the form of sleep. I purchased pillows as well and I am sold on the $100+ pillows because for the first time in almost 3 yrs, I woke up with minimal neck and shoulder pain after the first use. I know the price of these beds can be a deal breaker, but I encourage anyone considering a sleep number to visit the store and learn more.Katelyn - you were wonderful to work with and I want everyone to know. Thanks for the time you spent with me and all of the help you provided!

The Associate spent ample time w~me 2 make sure that I was comfortable w~my purchase...we tried several beds b4 I made my final decision...the Associate also looked 4 the most effective sale 2 accommodate my purchase!!!
