I called about a truck for sale and a young man name Deandre was very helpful. We ended up going to the dealer to look at the truck and Deandre had it up front waiting for us. he was very polite and helpful. We ended up buying the truck and enjoyed working with him and the young man he was training that day; they were both very friendly and courteous. would recommend them to anyone.

Overall sales experience at this dealership was good. I made an appointment to test drive a couple of vehicles and I made a decision to purchase one of them.
Salesperson (Matthew Chasteen) was knowledgeable about the products and worked to try to find the best deal that was better than the X-Plan price.
Trade in value given was slightly below KBB value, but vehicle needed PM work that was factored into the trade in value.
Finance process was slow due to staff levels and a slow manual document signing system which was surprising for a large dealership network. We eventually closed on the process and I was able to buy the vehicle I wanted.
Overall, given the factors above, this is a good place to look if you are in the market for an F150 if you are from central IL.

Service lied about how long a warranty repair is taken. We notified them over a week ago that we are moving out of state 8/22 and was told that it would be done in time before the move. Very disappointed in the service team as now we had to push back our move half a day and we specifically notified them in advance.

While searching for a car for one of my grandsons, and having a difficult time finding one that would meet our designated price range. My wife and I decided to sell one of our vehicles for an appropriate price and then buy a replacement vehilcle. What transpired was Diana found a vehicle at Sam Leman Ford that would meet our needs.
I took a trip to Leman Ford and that is when I was introduced to DeAndre Riley, Sales Associate at the dealership. The car that I had intened to take a look at was actually being used as a loaner and therefore it wasn't on the lot at that time. DeAndre told me that the car would probably be back on the lot within a day or two. One thing that I really liked was how he kept us in the loop for a few days using text messaging and emails. Then I finally got a call that the vehicle was back at the dealership and I went over to take a look.
I took the vehicle for a test drive and DeAndre discussed many of the features about the vehicle with me. Because the notification was so sudden and I had a previous engagement we agreed to meet later that day to discuss the terms of a purchase.
To make a long story short, I feel that my wife and I were very lucky to have had the opportunity to work with DeAndre at Sam Leman Ford. He was extremely professional throughout the car buying process and has exemplary knowledge of not only the car purchasing process but also knowledge of the new cars' features, bells and whistles.
I would not hesitate to contact DeAndre with any questions I might have in the future regarding our new Ford, and, when our next car purchese is on the horizon, we won't hesitate going back to DeAndre Riley at Sam Leman Ford.
