I bought a lot of cars in my lifetime, but never had such a positive experience provided by our sales representative, Tom Smith, and the entire Sam Leman Ford group. When all other dealers wanted to play games when purchasing my new 2023 Ford bronco, Tom Smith was transparent and accurate throughout the entire process. Everyone from the receptionist through the finance manager, solidified our decision to choose Sam Leman Ford over all other dealers in the greater Chicago area. It was well worth the 90 mile drive south.

I recently purchased a New F150 from Sam Leman Ford. The price of this vehicle was several thousand below competition. Over all the staff was VERY HELPFUL!! I had done some pre work before I arrived and was very anxious about being pressured to by additional warranties and being kept in the dealership for hours. I had none of that I arrived at 11:10 and was on the road by 12:00. An overall great experience. Jowonis was very helpful getting me in and out quickly. I will return for my next purchase!

My wife called to inquire about an SUV she wanted. Salesman was rude, told her it was a lemon recall vehicle, but would not explain what that meant. I called and it was explained to me. I made them an offer, and never heard back from them. We don't feel very important to them. I would hate to see what it would have been like if I did buy something and a had problem. Leman Ford gave me a great Deal on a new Ford Edge ! Gary was Salesman. Finance manager was able to save me a ton on Financing through Ford Credit. Had to drive 85 Miles to get there but WELL WORTH IT ! Thank you so much, will be back in a couple years to get that Explorer next time !

Adam was great to work with. I have a medical issue and just don't have the energy I'd like to have. Adam helped me purchase a new vehicle and trade mine in, mostly through email conversations. It really helped, as the drive to Bloomington is over an hour for me. I'm glad I made the trip though.

Just had the easiest used car buying experience of my life (of course it helped we were paying cash, thanks to an insurance settlement). Worked with Jarrod Baxter and he was very low-key and easy to work with. Answered all our questions, let us take it out for a test drive by ourselves, and made the paperwork as efficient as possible. We finalized the sale with a woman named Amy, who was also very nice, funny, and easy to work with. Highly recommend them!

One of the easiest car buying experiences ever! After a long in-person and internet search for a 2023 F150 with the options I wanted, I found what I was looking for at Sam Leman Ford. Jarrod quickly replied to my information request, and answered all of my questions via email for the next few days. The following Saturday I made the 260 mile round trip to finalize the deal and drive home my new F150. Jarrod and the Leman staff made the whole process quick and easy.

I drove about 2 hours to Sam Leman Ford and was glad I did. Well worth the drive. I worked with Mason Witzke who did a great job. He had great communication with me. I also had a trade that they matched other dealer pricing. Was in and out in a few hours with a new Ford F250 truck. Also no 10K above MSRP for a new truck. I will definately be sending more people your way. Keep up the great work.
