Remarkable store! Tried to help me out by finding the gold dragon covered players handbook they thought they had on stock when I bought the new 2024 version.
Staff is always friendly and helpful. Awesome store, great shelving and vibe.

Your one stop shop for all tabletop or TCG needs! You need sleeves? They got sleeves. You need sculpt paint? Yep they got it. You need a weird size sleeve for an oversized Ursula? They didn't have it but they sure ordered them for me. Great staff, super friendly and I always feel welcome!

Unfortunately, since they have moved, I've been getting treated worse every time that i visit. On 09-16-2024 I go into the store proceed to ask the gentleman behind the counter around 1PM if the store had a stack of tri-land cards, then got told "No we don't." And shortly after saying this he proceeded to look in a drawer of mtg cards pulled a stack out and said, "but to answer your question yes we do." And then proceeded to tell me, "I'll help you after I help this person first" I understand and start to shop around noticed the man at the counter was at the register I make my way to the front where said employee had overlooked me to the next person who he seemed to know well and then continued to help said other customer. I've spent alot of money trying to support this store way before the new location. I still have some poker chips from them. Disappointed to say the least. Let me add there was more than one employee, no one asked if I needed help. I asked for help multiple times and got none. Edit 10-04-24 find it funny that the owner doesn't feel the need to respond.
I would recommend people go to The Zone. They have friendly, and all around better staff and experience than the one I've had at the red raccoon.
Edit in response to my comment from owner: I have been in the store more than 10 times since you have moved. I have spent more than enough money in both locations to not be lied to lost all respect for you and the store. How did you try to reach out to me? There's two sides to every story and I can see you would enjoy to accept whatever saves your own from negative light.
I have multiple friends I've taken to the newer location with me more than twice.

So many board games, dice and other odds and ends for gaming. Really fantastic setup. Really amazing customer service. The cashier was so helpful and sweet. We'll definitely be going back again.

8-24-24 They have moved and they has COFFEE!!! Smell is sooo good! Awesome selection of never before seen games! Tons of acc. for Warhammer 40k, D&D, and other ones I don't recognize. (Oldster here) Fun shop to check out!

Been going here for a year while in college for card sleeves and such and every time I have been in me and my roommate have been treated like lesser. I know the response is going to be "700 5 star reviews" but that doesn't solve the problem. I just went in tonight looking for Star Wars unlimited singles and 65% while steep is understandable because you have to resell, what I don't think is ok is when I asked "Can you stay open a little longer so I can run back and get my card I forgot?" I get a snarky comment by one of the employees saying "you clearly didn't go to our website." You very well could have said "oh we are open til 10 so no worries. I have had other experiences like this. I wanna keep giving you guys chances but this treatment of customers by employees is not ok. I don't really want a "solution" because I understand you can't just make everything better, but I would like there to be a plan of how to make this better. Like I said I want to come back but it's hard when I and my friends get treated like lesser.

Staff is tremendously kind, well stocked, solid prices on the painting supplies which is the bulk of what we buy. It is so convenient to walk into a shop and know they've got just about every color in a line when you need to top off. Nothing worse than being mid project and having to wait a few days for something to ship to you.
We recently checked out their gaming space in the new location on a Friday. Staff mentioned it was a bit of a slow night, but 20 plus people, some playing magic, tables full for 40k. What an awesome luxury to have a shop like this in your local gaming community.
Can't recommend enough.

My heaven on earth. Board games galore and if they don't have it they will get it for you. Roughly a million+ Magic cards for those that play, as well as supplies for miniature enthusiasts. In addition the staff is awesome and extremely patient with idiots like myself. Treat yourself to the best Friendly Local Game Store in the Midwest.

Amaaaaazing selection! Everyone is super nice and helpful, not pushy or weird. Great spot, so glad this smaller city has such a great shop.
