These guys are just simply the best. This was my first time in here. I had the pleasure of working with Dan. He was very informative and only cared about making sure he got me in the best shoe for how my foot scanned in their fit id. If you are buying shoes anywhere other than Fleet Feet in Bloomington, you are doing it wrong. Go see these folks! You will get a fantastic experience and the best shoe for your feet!

I was shopping with my daughter, she is 12 and runs cross country. She needed new running shoes and it was recommended I check out Fleet Feet from her cross country coach. I am not a runner and know nothing about what she needs for such a sport. The staff person was very helpful and knowledgeable. She listened to my concerns about a previous injury and took that into consideration when choosing shoes. We also learned we had her sizing incorrect for running. They made it a quick and efficient shopping trip for a 12 year old girl and her mom, which is no easy task! Thank you. The day after our purchase she went running over 3 miles in them and states "Mom, these are the best shoes I've ever ran in. They are soooo nice. I have no pain!" We'll be back for the next pair!

It had been a while since I was fit for shoes so I decided to head over to Fleet Feet. I’m never disappointed. The staff are exceptionally knowledgeable about the shoes, even the new arrivals. Gigi was amazing. She was sweet, patient, extremely knowledgeable, and very helpful while I tried to figure out which shoes would make my feet happy. They have a large selection to choose from. She helped me narrow down to the best shoes for my feet. As always, I am very happy with my choice. I’m a customer for life.

I was greeted immediately upon entering the store by a young consultant named Ernie. Ernie talked to me about what I wanted the shoes for (I am NOT a runner!) and took me through the complete foot scan, explaining every step. He spent close to an hour with me to be sure I was happy with my choice. Ernie was very patient with this “older” lady, and I didn’t feel rushed at all. I will definitely be back for my next shoe purchase! Great service! BTW, when I got home, I looked up the same shoes online and Fleet Feet’s price was the same as the online sites. All this service, and they don’t gouge you on price.

The sales associate was very knowledgeable and very patient with me. The technology used to evaluate my foot mechanics was very helpful for me to understand what shoe would be best for me. The associate provided several different options for me to make the best decision.

Julie Z was amazing, very knowledgeable and really took our time with us. Even though there were people waiting after us, she never made us feel rushed and even offered to get us more shoes until both my husband and I were happy. Would highly recommend!

My wife and I came stopped in for new shoes today and each left with a pair of great fitting shoes. Dan M. helped us out and did a great job, very patient, and worked with us to make sure we got what we needed. Appreciate what Fleet Feet does for our community as well - always gives back!

A friend with whom I workout and walk recommended Fleet Feet after having an excellent experience recently. I was NOT disappointed. I was greeted and asked if I needed any help. Delaney was very knowledgeable, listened well and gave me all the time I needed. I had the foot scan, which was very helpful and provided some additional information to that which I gained at another shoe store. The selection was great and I walked out feeling confident about my purchase. I was encouraged to wear them in the desired activity including outside with the reassurance that I had 60 days if I decided to return them. I have not needed to return them but what a practical and helpful policy. I have had so many shoes from other sellers that were comfortable only to wear them outside for an extended period to discover that they hurt my feet. Fleet Feet is where I’ll be going for all my athletic shoes in the future.

Not a wide variety of shoes. Im used to Chicago stores so maybe that’s why this location seems disappointing. The staff were very friendly though.
