I went in to pay my son's bill and the employee without the glasses is amazing, he actually sells! He had me set up with the new Celero 5g+ and had his boss on the phone and I was told I could get a free cover for the glass if I would allow my picture taken. Well I had to come back and the other employee was there with the glasses, he stated "I'm not doing that". I told him the other employee was on the phone with the OWNER while I was there and to call him if he didn't believe me but he wouldn't do it. He has never tried to sell anything or be helpful. I'll wait until Wednesday when the other employee is back, and I will get his name because he is amazing!! Hopefully I will get what was promised to me to begin with! If not for the attitude of the 2nd employee, I would absolutely give 5 stars!

I was a Boost Mobile costumer for awhile then i switched to Xfinity Mobile for 3 months and i wasn’t satisfied with their service it was way to slow so i switched back to Boost!

Man I came into the shop thinking I was going to pay an arm an a leg and my soul but they offered me the greatest discount in discount history! I advise everyone to come here and take advantage of these promotions and most of the customer service was absolutely outstanding.

The 4 stars is for the store only. Boost sucks. The store, which resembles a 17 year old boys bedroom in 1993, sucks in product choices. There's comfy chairs to sit on and a coffee table to sit the pop on you bought from the pop machine. There was a pretty cool friend to make sitting in there but I was there to buy a phone, not make friends.

I just walked into Boost to see what options I had after a long week of looking for my lost phone. Greg and Ryan were exceptional in illuminating the options I didn't realize I had and helping me navigate those options. Result: I came out with a better phone. Faster. I didn't pay a dime for phone (for switching to Boost). My plan is at fixed rate. And it's $50 cheaper per month.. But the best part, the positive energy I witnessed with every customer that walked in while I was there. Highly recommend at least checking them out for yourself.
