Had a terrible service experience. They incorrectly diagnosed the problem, charged me $1300, and I still have the same issue. Nothing was fixed, I'm out $1300, and they won't do anything about it. If you have an older model Cadillac, the tech is not as knowlegeable on them.

Best car buying experience I've ever had. No pressue whatsoever from sales (Kori Parker) nor finance (Matt) people. Process of signing papers was quick. I will return to Barker.

I forgot to mention the creepy man who worked there kept calling me “honey” and asked if I needed a ride while winking at me. When his manager called me to talk about this, he just gaslit me and said the worker was being polite and didn’t mean anything by calling me “honey” or “ma’am” even though he didn’t call me ma’am once, and honey does not mean the same thing.
I was told my engine light was only on (intermittently throughout two states for over a year, autozone said it was just an emissions issue so I didn’t take it in until my engine started stalling), because I was using e-85 in my car, which I have never used in my life. They charged me $150 to tell me to stop using e-85 field (which again, I have never used and told them that) because supposedly my fuel had 33% alcohol content. The code my car was throwing was P0171. I was told if I filled up with premium (which cost me $64) the issue would be fixed I did so even though I was highly skeptical, but my engine light came right back on. According to Google there is a whole number of reasons this error code could be thrown and none of them are because of using e-85 anyway so I pretty much just got scammed or they have no idea what they’re doing.
A Code P0171 or system too lean bank 1 means either too much oxygen or too little fuel in the exhaust. This is a 'lean' condition or a 'low fuel trim' code. The P0171 OBD-II code indicates that the fuel system on the first bank of the engine is weak or that a vacuum leak exists near this side of the engine.

We had THE BEST sales experience at Barker Motors with Brian Brown and Matt Bassi. We have purchased many vehicles in the last 10 years and Brian and Matt went above and beyond during the entire process of the sale.
They both were very honest, gave great advice, were professional but relaxed and very patient. After two outside vehicle appraisals, Barker appraised our trade-in and exceeded the highest offer.
The entire buying process took us a few days due to multiple test drives and days of deliberation. But never once did Brian or Matt pressure us in any way. We can’t extend our thanks enough to you guys and thank you Barker Motors for a fantastic deal on a beautiful Cadillac!

My recent experience was very good. They greeted me and I was even offered a car wash after the work was performed. Brian Eden should be rewarded for his service. Thank you!
