Many employees standing around while customers are waiting.

I need to give a "shout out" to ALBERTO ZAMBRANO at the Bloomingdale facility. Extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He goes above and beyond with customer service. I am extremely thankful and grateful that he is the person who helped us with our move.

Anytime I come here for a problem that the 1800 number couldn’t fix they are so helpful and do not brush anyone off.

Great customer service especially Abdul!! I came in wanting to cancel my service but Abdul was able to provide me with a great deal and was so easy to work with. Made an appointment ahead of time so didn’t really have to wait. Happy with my service and great support at the store.

This location is wonderful, they are fast and helpful. Anything I’ve needed from equipment to resolving issues with my account they have been excellent. Highly recommend this xfinity store.

Alberto Z helped us get situated with internet service and was very thorough.He made the process so easy! I definitely recommend going to him at the Bloomingdale location if you have any questions or are in need of services.

I had been a customer at Xfinity for a couple years now. I visited the store today regarding cancellation of service, Ryan was the person who assisted me. Extremely disappointed with the customer service that was provided, the issue/concern neither was heard or understood and he kept on looking at the screen trying to find something to not address or resolve the issue neither provided an alternative. Waste of my time going to the store in person

Over priced by at least 100 dollars for their cable package, internet is garbage and outdated! customer service is a joke in fact their the reason I’m leaving after 20 years of service. They didn’t care about me after 20 years, they most certainly won’t care about you. FYI if you sign up for wireless cable they’ll use your internet GB and then charge you when you go over 30 bucks…they were charging me over 290 just for cable and internet…. I bundled with a different company and am spending 300 for cable, internet and phone. All of which comes with way better price, service and reliability. Money hungry tactics will be the end of Comcast!

The store itself was fine when I came to pickup a new modem so this review is for Xfinity service not for the storeWe have had issues with xfinity for a year nowOur internet was cutting out every 30 mins for months straight & they sent 3 technicians all to do the same job & all 3 kept giving us the run aroundNot to mention, we were on the phone with customer service every other dayEach technician said the wires outside needed to be fixed and the technician would send the paperwork for a team to come fix the wiresNo team ever came to fix anythingjust 3 technicians who said they would send the paperwork for a team to fix the wires and each one said the other technician must've not sent the right paperworkSuper Bowl was the next day so we just told the guy to drill new holes in our house to connect to the box outside (not the ones on the ground)It helped but now we just got two random holes in our walls with our modem next to the wall & it still freezes everyday not every 30 minsThe last technician was the only one who helped somewhat by drilling the holes for us but didn't resolve the entire issueCustomer service over the phone did same thing and it's terrible at fixing any issuesThe service connection is still not the best and I would never recommend xfinity to anyone
