“There aren’t enough words to describe how wonderful this place is. My husband and I came here to celebrate us getting married and we could not have been happier. We didn’t know what to expect when we got there but it was perfect. We got the Classic whirlpool suite, everything was clean, set up beautifully, and so comfy!! Kyle at the front desk was extremely welcoming and quick to get us checked in. When leaving, the manager was amazing and so helpful. We will definitely be back… no doubt about it!”

“We arrived here from Pennsylvania. Ernesto is so kind and friendly just like the rest of the staff and the manager were exceptional. The staff at the front desk smiled and greeted us. Outstanding! They went above and beyond. We had no issues. Our room was super clean from the bed to the floors and bathroom. We felt so comfortable, no loud noises, nice parking. We were so relaxed. The breakfast was good and the lobby looked nice. There is a Greek restaurant walking distance and the mall was close by too. We very much enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay here again!! We highly recommend this hotel to family and friends. Thank you again from Nadia and Barry.Rooms: Very clean, everything was working from the tv remote to the microwave and refrigerator. “The best thing about it is that it was very convenient to where I was needing to be. Also, the breakfast is absolutely stellar – the best I’ve seen anywhere. the bed is very nice, But the sofa and chairs aren’t very comfortable.. Upkeep on the whole place is below average—There’s always something wrong with something. it took days to get a microwave delivered to my room. The people at the desk range from being very pleasant and engaging to downright rude. I will say that the manager went out of his way to help me replace meds that the housekeeper had inadvertently knocked into my sink. That was super.”

“Great hotel and stay, but as it’s getting cold at night, and having coffee throughout the day isn’t important as coming in at 5:30 in the evening and the coffee is old and not hot at all. 5 stars if you brewed coffee for your guest return each day in the evening around 5pm. So every checkin during the cold evening is greeted with cold coffee. This is an easy fix. I’ll be back in a week or two.Signed A lifetime diamond member.”
“I have traveled to many hotels but this was really nice. The food was good, service was great and I sleep good.Rooms: I really like the sink, refrigerator, and microwave set up. The bathroom has a double door. One to the bedroom and one to the living room. There was a balcony with a huge TV, couch and chairs.Nearby activities: OakBrook Mall is near and there are multiple things straight down one street for about 10 blocks. “So far, 5 stars will edit by morning if there are any issues. Bed is comfortable, and the toliet flushes extremely fast and powerful?. A/C works great in my room. Check-in was fast. The only complaint is that the floor in my room had 4 dead bugs. Looked like roaches but not 100 percent on that. But they were dead, at least. I'm still giving this place 5 stars. If the bugs were alive and climbing around, it would have been a different rating. The room is extra clean besides a few dead bugs. Good job to housekeeping ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️?
Walkability: About 0.5 miles away are restaurant and grocery stores. Many to choose from. Felt safe walking there around 7:30pm- 8:45pm Monday night.”

“Large, spacious rooms. Nice comfortable office chair for the desk and a recliner. The room also has a mini fridge, which was a necessity to hold our daughter's bottle and food. We were here for an engagement party which was beautifully done. The tiki decorations and parrots were a nice touch. The party was set around the pool (which was closed due to the party at my bf's dismay) decently friendly staff, quick efficient elevators... our stay was quite lovely.”

“I have been coming here a few times over the past year and have had minor issues. Last year I had an issue between them and the third party I used to book. Outside of that parts of the hotel smell a bit weird due to trash but our floor was good. Also 2 nights ago my son and I were going to our car and the whole 3rd floor lights were off which was creepy as hell! Lastly like other reviews they need a better system with the front desk. Seems normal to wait awhile for someone to acknowledge you’re there. Other than that room has always been clean, room was nice and warm, bed was super comfortable and shower was perfect and no issues with laundry. Thanks for another great stay and we will def be back.”
“Stayed here overnight for a work trip and had an excellent experience. My flight landed super early and the front desk was extremely helpful and was able to get me into my room so I could relax before my meetings started. The room was nice, clean, and spacious. There was a nice sitting area in one corner, the bathroom was a decent size, and the bed was comfortable. Can’t ask for much more. Overall my stay here was very pleasant - the next time I’m in town this is where I’ll be staying!”

The rooms were very clean and spacious. “Awesome place when you need stay a few days in Chicago.It’s a little bit far from downtown, but nothing important.Rooms are so comfortable, nice view, nice bed and big bathroom.Staff are really nice, they was so available to help us in all the we need.This hotel has Landry, 2 dollars for wash and 2 dollars for dry. You need a quarter coins.They have a really good price because of the area.Totally recommended.Nearby activities: Have many stores nearSafety: It’s area very secureFood & drinks: Have Starbucks inside. So you can buy your breakfast. Take care because they close at 9.30 amAnd they have a little store with basic food and microwave for your food. The give you plastics plates and plastics utensils”
