“For Christmas, I bought a new Google Pixel 7 cell phone. While uploading the data to my new phone the upload went into "pause". I had no idea as to how to resume the upload. I walked into the local T-Mobile store at 358 W. Army Trail Road in Bloomingdale where I explained my predicament to Joel. Needless to say, Joel understood the problem and was able to finish the upload. If I could give more than 5 stars for this review I would. It was great to see just how important customer service, as personified by Joel, is and not something that's taken lightly by T-Mobile. They truly do love their customers!
