I want to give a big shout out and a big thank you to Supervisor Brittany at the Bethalto office, she went above and beyond to find my lost package on Saturday night 11/18. She even got the package back and brought it back to my house. I really appreciate it. Thank you again. Sherry

The Post Office Employees have always been super helpful with packages, certified mail and any postal basics i have required.

They won't let me mail myself out of this country. I guess that's good, probably better I expatriate by "safer" means, unless i wait too long to get out. Who knows when the rounding up and removal of the [dissident/infected/insurgent] for the safety of the obedient gullible cowards will be, or if it gets postponed a little longer. Yeah, I think it's best i get some swimmies and Google for an ocean current that takes me at least two countries away. Better odds.

Went to ship 2 vhs tapes was told it was 10 not media mail and they wrote in marker not media mail on my package and that they were calling my post office to make sure they knew.... I called 1800 and the post office was wrong... they don't even know their own rules

My mail is always erratic and sometimes doesn't show up til after 6PM. I don't understand why they have such a difficult time simply delivering mail.

Leave it up to USPS to have package deleivered late. Been in transit from Hazelwood Missouri to for 3 business days after I paid for priority mail 3-4 business days on a Saturday. Associates there were unhelpful and didn't know how to deal with the problem.

The Bethalto post office employees are super helpful and friendly. I have been to many other post offices and Bethalto has the best service and people who care about their customers.
