Took my daughter in since she was having a high fever and was told they were going to put an iv in to take some blood and put iv fluids. A nurse poked her twice, and failed. Then, doctor Xiang Lee came in and attempted twice and the pictures shown are how the doctor left my baby. Didn’t even bother apologizing or cleaning her up. My son went thru the ED and was eventually admitted due to an infection. The staff at this hospital are top notch. Every single person I encountered when visiting my son was wonderful. It's nice to know they cared and were fighting for my family member. There was a floating nurse on Sunday evening that I would like to give a big shout out however I forgot her name. She was working the 4th floor, long black hair in a braid or ponytail. She gave us such good information. God Bless you.

The worst emergency, don't go, they are going to let him die, they have very bad management, they don't know how to circulate so many people, they make you wait until more than 10 hours after they do a study and then tell you that you have to do another one and then wait longer, yesterday. I was there and I had to leave after 10 hours waiting very badly without knowing anything about my results or what I had to do, I felt horrible and no one said anything and when you ask they just tell you don't you see there are many people and then they said no They had a doctor to give the results as you see this. But they must have a coordinator who knows how to handle the cases, several people left badly, perhaps for another emergency, that is horrible, and so they bill the insurance as if they gave you the complete service. I don't recommend it to anyone.

This hospital is not recommended, my husband was hospitalized for 10 days and they never gave a diagnosis.

E.r is horrible. Please go elsewhere.E.r doctors don't care about you. It's a horrible place from registration to the back rooms all of the employees have an attitude.this black lady up front who had her ID turned so I wouldn't see her name

I bring my son in law ther to the er this morning been sitting there for hours as he is screaming in pain while this lady tells him to be quiet .. why because instead of her doing her job she on her phone this is the worst hospital I have ever been in don’t bring any love ones or family here they will let you sit there and die before helping you

We were blessed with a wonderful ER staff, very attentive, compassionate, and professional. The same can be said about our current ICU staff and doctor, just wonderful!

literally the worst hospital ever, my mom came in since we thought she was having a heart attack, took her in right away but we’ve been waiting 4+ hours for damn results when people who came here way after us have a room already.

If I could give you less I would...don't come here to the ER. The worst of the worst, the receptionists and all the staff are very negligent... They do not attend to you as you arrive, if it is not so important they leave you until the last one, I waited 3 hours and they passed many people who arrived after me, like this If you go to this hospital, make sure you go injured, injured or almost dead, otherwise, they make you wait too long, they do not respect the time you arrive, I understand those who are worse than you, but if you go to the emergency room it is because you you feel bad I just went to this hospital to waste my time. They saw me in pain and they didn't care about anything. HORRIBLE EMERGENCY SERVICE. ** By the way, they make you sign the screen and they don't explain or show you what you sign, Hippa and Osha should investigate, the only paper they gave me was 1 bluecross... and everything else they didn't explain or show me, and I didn't ask about the pain I had but I waited 3 hours and I left with the same pain....

The doctor went from room to room without glove change. The nurse did not wash her hands. The doctor rolled her eyes at me when I asked her to please wash her hands before touching my boyfriend's foot. The house keeper did not use a red biohazard bag to dispose of vomit garbage. I am 56 years old. At the first time here at this beautiful hospital, I only have good stuff to say about this place. The Staff, very nice people.
