Advice the lady that was there around 2pm that the air machine was not working.Perhaps have a sign not working. She seem as she did not care. Attitude. Her response ill see what i can do. Didn't even bother to offer a refund. Keep the 2 dollars. Its a inconvenience after you fuel up everyday, wash your car everyday. Its called customer service.Thank you

So I usually go to one of those gas station drive-through places that is six bucks. We had some great weather here in Chicago and I went yesterday and it was closed. I don't know what the deal is, but randomly sometimes it is not functioning. So I decided to check out Buddy Bear, which I have been to before. When I looked at my car I honestly feel like it got cleaner at Buddy Bear one time through than when I pass twice through my normal gas station one. So, yeah. For $10, my car was looking pretty nice!

Closing times listed don't really matter, several times I have gone about 30 before closing only to find the car wash is closed. I have gone in twice to make junk food purchases and both times the cashiers act like you are bothering them. Absolutely horrible service. I will be finding another monthly place to wash my car.

Car never comes out clean. Doesn't clean rims or bottom of doors or rear of car. tire shine covers about a third of the tires

The man for the car wash has a very bad attitude. He is actually pretty scary. Watch yourself especially if you are a woman. Very confrontational.

Every time I come here at night, after work, it's closed. It says it clearly on google and yelp that they are open until 9pm. From my experience, they close nightly at 8:45. They should change their hours online for their valued customers.

This place is OK not five stars but OK get the salt off and grime like I said I wouldn't jump up and kick my heels gets too crowded at times OK that's it.

This place is a joke. I got my car washed and paid for the highest service. As soon as I got out of the tunnel I got out to fix my side view mirror and was extremely disappointed in the service. My radiator was filthy and my windshield was atrocious. I went inside to file a complaint and the manager was unhelpful and aggressive towards me. He told me that his car wash wasn't suitable for that deep a wash. It was insulting and unprofessional. After a half hour of arguing with the owner and having to listen to his profanity, he eventually agreed to refund my money. DO NOT GET YOUR CAR WASHED HERE. YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!

The shift managers Juan and Sherman as well as the other employees are what make this car wash my go to for keeping my cars clean and sharp looking inside and out. They are always most helpful and friendly and the facility is clean and well kept up. The vacuums and free mat washing machine (seasonal) are always in order and working. Thank you gentlemen, you guys do an outstanding job!

Don't buy the Groupon for the Bumper to Bumper detail. Spent over $100 only to be told they haven't had a detailer in months and don't know why the Groupon is still available.
