I called Tates on a Saturday evening and left a message.Within 5 minutes he called me back.Hes ALOT cheaper than every place I called by far.He orderded my back truck window and came to my residence on Tuesday morning to install it.Hes professional and friendly..came in his Tates Glass van with all the tools needed..even a vacuum.I tipped him 15 dollars extra for coming to me without me even asking and I'm 25 miles away.He knows his stuff and has been doing it for over 40 year's.I would recommend anyone calling him before wasting your time elsewhere.Also the glass he uses is tempered and OEM in case anyone's wondering.Give him a call...and if he doesn't answer just leave a message bc hes probably busy...but he will indeed call you back.A++++ Service

Excellent job! Excellent price! Will go back if needed in the future. He’s old school one man show. To all these people saying he doesn’t return calls, I left a message and he got back to me shortly. If you are busy installing a windshield it’s hard to answer the phone. His prices are much more reasonable than other places so he has to keep overhead down. Thanks Again

He did an amazing job! If you have a broken windshield definitely go to him. I got quotes $400 everywhere else to have my windshield replaced and he did it for WAY cheaper. He was quick and professional. I also really liked how he explained the process of what he was doing.

I called left a voicemail n waited for the option to leave a call back number the gentleman man called me back in 15 min with a price that beat everyone else by $150 scheduled my appointment showed up 20 minutes early he had me pull right into the garage and he got right to work did a wonderful job I’m so grateful for him thank buddy
