It went up $2 recently... but 5$ ain't so bad. It cleans very wellLove coming to this place since the day they opened. Very handy carwash in the town. The vacuum suction is amazing too bad you don't have tips to get in between space or the black hole ( between the seat and center console). The air is great to get access water off from the door handles, mirrors or just in general. The mat holder is nice and handy.I would have added air tip for your tires and a pressure washer for your mats. But I understand kinda why they didn't

Almost %100 price increase without notice. No price advertising anywhere until you are stuck there and have to pay the new increased price. The only reason im not giving them 1 star is they have good equipment . Very disappointing

i've been using their services for almost 2 years since it was opened cheap price amazing service now they increased 2 dollar not even one and that is in dupage county not even cook finally i have to say good bye after 2 years i wish there will be another carwash with cheaper prices

Probably my favorite car washes in the area. There are two GEM locations. One in Bensenville and one in Elmhurst. Both are equally as great. I have the unlimited package so I’ll go to one of them every single day to get my car washed. They do such a good job that my car attracts complements from strangers every day. I’ve been going here for years.I believe it is family owned and operated and the staff truly go above and beyond and go the extra mile to help their customers. You can tell they care about their customers and their cars as if they were their own. In the winter when cars are dirtier than ever, they come out looking nice and sparkly.The unlimited package includes one car wash per day. I got back from vacation the day before, took it through the car wash once, but not all of the mud came off. The gentleman offered to let me go through a second time free of charge to get the rest of the mud off. I also had a rubber floor mat that was covered in dirt that I couldn’t get off. Between customers, he took it and gave it the scrubbing and cleaning of a lifetime. Over the years, they’ve done a ton of little extra things to help me out. Small gestures like this insure customer loyalty. I always recommend them to friends and family. Their prices have always been fair. It seems like an honest business. I would have given them 5 star if they improved their job a little bit, as you see rims after diamond wash are still dirty ,Moreover it would be great if you just gave some other price range for mat washing , it costs 3$ for 3 minutes washing mats but to wash the whole car lightly is 4$. I think 1$ for 1 minute mat washing also would be enough for people not 3 minutes for 3$

the door bent. and a scratch. on a new car. I am surprised what kind of defect could have happened at the car wash. if you want not to damage your car, do not use the services of this company. sorry but I do not recommend!!!!
