Staff working at the banks are great but you can no longer call directly to the bank like is was with Alpine. All automated service first - when finally you get to talk to somebody, they say they need to transfer me to your local branch!!! Just let us call our bank directly.

When they were still Alpine they were great, but this Midland just sucks. Go to Blackhawk across town on State St. You'll be treated like an actual VALUED CUSTOMER.

If I could leave 0 I would. Had a fraud problem with my account here and went in and they said I had to pay everything back. A couple weeks later I sent an email to the manager here for help on setting up a payment plan and received no response. Called the branch directly and was told they would leave a message over the span of weeks I called over 5 times to get it handled and left countless emails. So now I have to reach higher authorities at Midland to solve my problems and after it’s settled I’m closing my account and I am never ever doing business with them again. They are supposed to be a back supporting their community yet would rather let them down.

The absolute worst automated customer service. Good luck trying to get anything done if you work third shift, because if their offices are closed you are completely out of luck.

I love Midland bank everyone has always treated me like family and that's hard to say in these trying times. I use them for my business (ProTree Care) and my personal) and a few other accounts. I have never been happier.

Worst bank ever, card is always getting declined despite having money in the account, pay by phone system is a joke, you can't even check your balance and their website is always having issues.

A fly-by-night company that thinks by being open until 7 o’clock at night will bring them endless business lol. Looks more like a closed down restaurant.
