Place is ran down no manager on site last year there was a guy always around to help whatever they have done recently is for the worse photos to follow severely disapointed and units have bugs weeds are out of control

I am very disappointed in the facility. I had to rent this storage unit sight unseen as I was moving from another state. I was told it was a 10x10 it wasn’t, it is a 7 x 11. I had just driven 600 miles, I had help to unload my Uhaul…I had to put what I could into this smaller unit. I had to put what wouldn’t fit and take it to my sisters garage. IAlso, these units are advertised as Climate Controlled…it is nothing like any Climate controlled unit I have ever seen. There is no air conditioning…so not sure how they control the temperature or humidity. It’s dirty!land dark…I didn’t know I would have to provide lighting! I hope I find a house soon! I can’t afford to pay to have it moved or I would. I would never recommend this place. It’s like renting from a slum lord. Do not rent from them!

I’ve rented units with them previously so when I came back to the area I chose them once again due to reliability and decent pricing. I rented a climate control unit from 9/23 to 2/24 with no issues at all. Easy access and well lit.

Great prices, great service, Natalie was wonderful to work with! RV & boat storage area around perimeter could use some fresh gravel on south side. Security fencing needs improvements.

Some of the units are on a slope that makes it kind of difficult, but the prices are pretty good. I have 2 large spaces.

I would give it a -0! The “climate control” units are full of spiderwebs and dirt. When you walk in to go to your unit spiderwebs are everywhere and dirt, old cut off locks are all over. It’s just not well maintained.Transferred to a smaller unit and weeds are all around the units that are outside, we had to sweep out the unit and spray because again spiders and huge spiderwebs are everywhere!!! While sweeping out the unit found a decomposed mouse and huge holes. Looking for a different storage unit facility, because this place is a dump and our things will be destroyed from the rust, holes and disrepair in the unit we have.Good luck with calling and speaking to a “manager” in a timely fashion.Two thumbs down ??!

I rented a unit yesterday to get there today and it has a pad lock on it along with one of their red locks. Two trucks loaded down and a waist of gas and time.

The customer service is great the only bad thing about the storage unit is in the back at the bottom of a hill and every time it rains heavily the water accumulates at the front of the unit and the contents on the floor in the unit get soaked in water.

It always floods when it rains. I've had water in my unit several times. Alot of water damage.
