This store seems to be closed more than open lately. Unreliable to the point where several times tried to stop by on way home from work, only to see closed sign on door... So then have to drive over to the new store on plank.

Half the time you go there they are closed for no reason. It's 2 in the afternoon and I just tried to go there and they are closed. The other half of the time when they are open the aisles are so messy you can't go up and down them. Not much in this neighborhood but people can't rely on this store because we never know if it's going to be open or not.

Incompetent workers. Machine wouldn't give me a receipt for a pick up order and their answer to that was I could purchase it a 2nd time and then return it . . . To get a receipt. I'm not purchasing the same item twice because your workers aren't trained to know how to reprint a receipt

I arrived at 8:00 for a last minute errand this morning and stood outside until 8:06 because nobody was there and the doors were locked. Very poor experience.

Not sure how one could call this place handicap accessible, there is no way someone in a wheelchair could get through an aisle. The place looks dirty. There are always carts of merch to be stocked in the way. Never an employee at the register. Some of the employees are friendly, most are more concerned with anything other than the customers.

You can not get around the aisles because of box carts everywhere. You can't get to the merchandise because of the box carts. These employees are rude.. Unfriendly and unwilling to help you because they dont care. A lot of the time they are out of varies things and do not order truck very good.

A lot of unloaded merchandise carts clogging the aisles. Narrow and cluttered aisles with unkempt shelves. To be fair, this was during the labor shortage in 2021 caused by the Covid pandemic so there may not have been enough personnel to properly take care of the store. Staff seemed a little overwhelmed.
