This was my first visit, Jen and Jasmine were so welcoming, offering me something to drink right away, working with my schedule to set up a time that was convenient for me, we all had some great conversations and Jasmine did a great job on my hair, thank you!

I followed a stylist to this salon, unfortunately he has left but I discovered Emily! She is amazing, professional, kind and talented. She works with the image in your head, explains what she is going to do to get your to your finished product, and achieves it. Could not recommend Emily enough.

Emily is FANTASTIC! She got me in last minute and did a wonderful job. I told her to do what she wanted, and I was not disappointed. Back to a beautiful blonde with lots of depth-AND my hair looks healthy again. Highly recommend seeing Emily for your hair needs.

Our family has been having Jen & her stylists cut our hair for a couple of years. It's always a pleasant experience. The salon is comfortable, the prices are competitive, and they do a great job.

I've gotten my hair cut twice now. Jen did a remarkable job both times and worked with me and my wavy/curly hair to get great shape and volume! She's very kind and a great conversationalist!Be aware that if you are immunocompromised or are a caregiver for an immunocompromised person, they do not require masks. Jen asked me upon entry if I would like her to wear a mask and put it on when I said yes. No other employee or patron had one on.I appreciate Jen's skill and kindness. I appreciate a local Batavia business. I think I would have waited another couple of months for my haircut if I had known about the lack of masks.

I have been seeing Jen for years. She is very professional, a pleasure to talk to and always willing to accommodate my crazy schedule. Jen does a great job on hair coloring and cutting. I had a GREAT experience! I scheduled an appointment with Emily, she was so nice! She recommended some options that would work better with my type of hair. I have never loved a haircut more! Not to mention the salon was clean, neat, and had a nice atmosphere! Highly recommend to anyone for a great haircut at a great price! Thank You Emily!

Jen got me to the perfect, healthy, cool toned blonde I was hoping for in just one session. She is so easy to chat with and her salon has such a laid back, down to earth atmosphere- and you can tell that by the way she was laughing and interacting with her staff. Good vibes all around, can’t wait to get back in her chair in a couple weeks.
