Extremely unprofessional. Mats/cleaning supplies were ordered in June. Mats have been fine and delivered late October/early November, however cleaning supplies have not come yet (almost 7 months, about $250 worth of materials).

The ABSOLUTE WORST company!!!!!!! I cannot believe they are still in business! I am appalled. We have been waiting over EIGHT MONTHS for our mats to get done. We tried to get a refund and go with a different company after 3 months of not receiving them and they said they have a no cancellation policy. We are infuriated and so frustrated. The “customer service” is a JOKE. Whatever you do in life- DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANY OF YOUR NEEDS!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have never felt compelled to write a review about any company before and I cannot believe I even have to write this to warn others to save them from such a horrid experience!

This company is awful; I would give zero stars if I could. They take 2-3 days to get back to you on the phone, and refuse to send anything in writing. They require 100% payment up front, but have a zero cancellation policy, so you and your business are not protected. We are still waiting on orders placed over 5 months ago. I strongly advise you to NOT order from them, as they cannot be trusted to be honest with you on anything.

Have been waiting for an order for nearly a month. Let me remind you, I am having it shipped no more than 30 minutes away and five towns over. I have been getting the run around day after day saying I need to speak with the owner to find out where my order is but yet the owner is never around. I have reached out to the bank and they are going to reverse my transactions through this place. Also, they charged me on my statement almost sixty extra dollars for what I have no idea! This place is bad business and it’s only a matter of time before they run themselves into the ground.

This is the worst company to deal with. I have been dealing with them since April to try and get a mat resurfaced. It took them until July to get a trucking company out to pick up the mat which required weekly phone calls. Once a date was set I was assured it would be back prior to August 20th when classes started. It is now 22 August and the mat is still sitting at their location with no expected pick-up date. This is the worst customer service my department has ever experienced and we WILL NOT be using them again.

I've used Crown Mats several times. Exercise mat was perfect and they made a custom pad for our basketball hoop. Couldn't be happier! Support small business!!

I have one word for you if you're considering this vendor: DON'T. We placed a government order on 6/20/17 and just received the remainder of this order, on October 23rd! During these FOUR MONTHS, I called & called, left MANY messages, was victim to the continual "we'll call you back with an update"....one week later I'm calling again!! When I got lucky, I'd speak to Tammy -who is nice & friendly- but this is quite irrelevant when the service is soooooo god awful! All I got to say is NEVER AGAIN.
