I can't say how happy I am with Jessica and Janet. They are amazing!! Always there to help and very good at taking time to explain things and turnaround time on requests are so fast. I feel they have always been there when I needed them. it's hard these days to find good customer service but I found it here.As for pricing on things - I'm not as happy - it keeps going up more and more each year. as does everything.
