This this the worst T mobile terrible terrible customer service. Definitely wasn't the wait time it's the employees terrible terrible terrible customer service better at lake Street perfect customer service.

I was at this location a few days ago to do a warranty exchange for mechanical issues. My replacement got delivered to this location. I gave my phone to the manger (Scott) to inspect and right away he was acting as if I was an inconvenience to him. I went in 10 minutes before closing because with my issues, it's just a swap, old device for new.The whole process should have taken 5 minutes because i didn't need to move any info to my replacement phone and i told him and his workers this 3 times. But the old phone had to be looked at before swapping to make sure there was no physical damage. There was absolutely NO physical damage at all but he denied my warranty and canceled my warranty. I asked him why 5 times and he kept saying go thru insurance so I can get a newer phone because tmobile warranty exchange gives referbished phones and since i mentioned i had screen issues sometimes (those issues are just the screen freezing after a software up). I told him that i dont care if my replacement phone is refurbished and I already got approved for the warranty exchange that he'd just canceled for no reason. As soon as i walked in...they all already had it set in their minds that they were gonna give me a hard time. Even though i saved so much time moving my stuff from my old phone to a back up phone at my home so i wouldnt have to spend time in the store moving things from phone to phone and they STILL gave me a hard time.Mind you...when i came and said what i was there for, he left to go to the back for a few minutes and when he came out he didnt even have the replacement phone with him. Him and his worker decided in the back while giggling that they were gonna give me a hard time since i came in 10 minutes before closing. I asked the other worker who were both assistant mangers (Zale & George) if they were tought to lie about phones being damaged and give customers the runaround because theyre upset and they both said yes. No one can tell me otherwise.This stores workers have been horrible for years and its new employees every year and none of them care for their customers. I will be going to the news with my story with FULL proof of everything. The amount of times black people have been disrespected at this location is sad and its unfortunate that it was close relative that had to endure horrible customer service.

Came in with several questions and issues needing to be resolved. From removing and adding lines, to new phones, internet and accessories. I have been a T-Mobile customer for MANY of years now, and have gone to several locations in the Western Suburbs. I would like to commend this team for their professionalism and top notch customer service. I refuse to go anywhere else now! Had the pleasure of working with Alondra who is a top tier professional and knowledgeable in her field, in addition to Scott, George, & Sandy when needed. They all make a great team and thank you for providing your customers the "above, and beyond" customer service experience!

The employees are very nice however they had stated I could try the home internet for 15 days free. I took it home and returned it the next day. It's been a month now since then and I was getting billed for it. I had to call 611 for three separate incidents because of what they stated in the store and it didn't match. Thankfully I caught it.

I called ahead of time to see if they had a privacy protector in stock and they said yes. I have insurance on protector so I can get unlimited screen protector replacements. As we get to the process that they need to scan the item out they tell us that unfortunately they aren’t able to proceed due to it needing a manager approval. The manager is out on maternity leave. We drove quite a distance to get this done and left unsatisfactorily also due to Sabrina’s attitude at the end as well. When I simply had asked the other lady helping us a simple question and Sabrina intervened and gave us a different answer from what the lady helping us had given us. I was also going to purchase $180 headphones but due to the whole experience I no longer wanted to purchase it at that location and give them a sale. I will not be going to this location due to my terrible experience.
