We bought paint a year ago and we wanted the paint to be washable on the walls, we asked the seller if this paint was washable, they said yes, I asked twice, in the end we painted the whole house, we paid people $4,000 to paint it and then the paint left streaks all over the walls. and she also doesn’t wash herself, I want to say that I will take on this deception, I’ll get a lawyer because the people working are not professionals, and now I need to re-paint the whole house, but excuse me, I don’t have that much money again to paint everything, the people working are not specialists

FIVE Star Sherwin Williams Location. This particular store is my favorite. Everytime I go into this location they help me with not only color but how to get my projects right. Recently, I went in with a problem and they helped me solve it and then help me how to proceed with the other walls. Nick was great with all my questions as well!

I visited store multiple time. I have observed few staff members are good and guide well while buying products. But few are careless.

If you know what you want then you can be in/out of this location, BUT if you're looking for helpful insights & have questions about your project then do not expect great customer service here.We visited this store at least 10 times to finish off our project and the rep at this location is not welcoming at all, she will answer almost everything with yes/no response, and seems absolutely miserable in her position. It's worth driving to a different location. Based on our experience, we got much better service at 44 W Gartner Rd #116, Naperville, IL 60540.

Helpful staff, but selection not as wide as Bher paints in Home Depot. The main disadvantage I see here Is that there are no sample sizes and the smallest size you need to buy to try out is a quart costing over ten dollars!!

Love the staff at this location. I'm a professional maintenance contractor all I use is Sherwood Williams for my clients I go to several different Sherwin-Williams stores this by far is one of my favorites love the staff here they're very great knowledgeable and friendly they take my on the phone orders they're ready every time I go to get them they give me great deals on all my equipment it would strongly recommend this place super paint is an amazing paint
