Perfect Home Services has the worst service when it comes to keeping appointments. I placed an appoint to have my HAVC serviced and inspected a month out. My service appointment was between the hours of 8-12 when no one showed or called I telephoned and was told that the dispatcher noted on my account that they wouldn't be able to come to my home due to an emergency. On October 30th I scheduled and appointment to have my AWH serviced due to their prompting (i'm a VIP account holder). Again no one showed and a call was received late that evening saying the same thing. I don't feel valued I left this same company for the same reason and was assured that the company has changed. The customer service is horrible. I guess VIP means nothing.

I purchased a new furnace and ac on July 6, 2022. Part of that signed agreement/contract is I receive VIP service for 3 years. FREE Diagnostics with Repair I am due for my checkup and I am now being told by the business they no longer service my area. I think this is unacceptable as we are in a written contract and the company should be honoring that. I went with this company for the perks that I would receive. Not only am I being refused the checkup, I am also losing out on potential things that may arise over the life of this furnace and ac. I am now on my 3rd phone call to this company attempting to get some sort of resolution. I refuse to pay another company to come out and have the annual checkups done and have to pay for it, when I am in a signed contract with this company. What I have received so far in my calls is "I am sorry that we can no longer honor the contract". We have a contract IN WRITING. I have provided the signed contract to this company and even with providing it and showing the dotted line, I am still getting "I am sorry". I would also like to mention from where this company is based out of Aurora, IL I am 18-19 miles away. I am still awaiting a resolution from this company. I think they are hoping I will just go away; I will not. Extremely disappointed.

We were having our 14 year old furnace replaced. Donny set us up; we had 2 staff members here right on time. Our new furnace was installed and up running as advertised. We are thrilled. Very pleased to have heat. We would surely recommend Donny and the staff install anytime.

We have been using this company for a few years now. They have installed our furnace after our old one broke down on the coldest day of winter. These guys were very fast and professional. We just had the furnace maintenance appointment. We got updates about the technician time of arrival throughout the day. Technician Steven did a great job! Thank you!

Today Zac came to check my AC. It went out!! Zac was not only on time and early for the appointment, but extremely professional. Zac was kind to everyone in my home including my cat Bruno. As usual, Perfect Home Services sent a wonderful person to my home! Zac was knowledgeable, kind and a nice guy! I have used Perfect Home Services for about 7 years and have still have never been dissatisfied. Thank you Zac! ?

I had an issue with my ac unit. Technician Alan came out in 45 minutes. He diagnosed the issue and had it working again within an hour. The next day it stopped working again.

I’ve been using Perfect Home Services for a few years now and have always been impressed with the knowledge they bring to their appointments. I recently had an issue with the AC and Zach Olson came out and diagnosed that it was a leak. Zach took the knowledge up a level and was beyond thorough and helped me understand what the problem was and how it would be fixed. I appreciated all the details he went into as he made me feel a part of the inspection from start to finish. Five star reviews across the board, Zach and Perfect Home Services earned them.

The outdoor unit of our air conditioning system started making loud popping noises. Immediately turned off the A/C and called Perfect Home Services. They sent Lucas to the rescue who quickly diagnosed that a critter seemed to have crawled into the unit. Problem quickly fixed and Lucas even stuffed the access point with steel wool for me and suggested spraying both the unit and steel wool with a 50/50 solution of peppermint oil and water to deter future problems. Thanks Lucas!

I am compelled to share my frustrating experience with Perfect Home Services to caution others. Yesterday (August 30th 2024), a technician from their company was dispatched for routine furnace maintenance, but he ended up damaging our air conditioner's motor, which was functioning perfectly before his arrival. Despite the clear damage caused, the technician informed us that our motor was already malfunctioning and left, leaving us without a working air conditioner during a long weekend.
The company's lack of support was appalling. When we sought help, customer service were not able to send a technician yesterday, in spite of our multiple attempts. This neglect is compounded by our history with Perfect Home Services: this is the second incident where their technicians have mishandled our air conditioning system when they came for a service visit. In the previous case, while they did eventually send a senior technician who fixed the issue. He mentioned to us that the first technician mishandled the air conditioner. These two incidents has shown a troubling lack of consistency and professionalism.
What makes the situation dire is that my 85-year-old mother, who has serious health issues requiring a temperature-controlled environment, was left in an uncomfortable and potentially dangerous situation. Perfect Home Services was aware of our circumstances but still failed to provide immediate assistance.
The company's inability to handle emergencies and their repeated mistakes highlight serious flaws in their service. Such a business, which fails to maintain proper procedures and dispatch support, should be reconsidered for use. I will be filing a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau to ensure that others are aware of these serious issues.
