I called in to reschedule my appointment, I could barely hear the guy. I told him i needed to reschedule the appointment , he asked my appointment time and he said okay it’s cancelled and hanged up. I called in again to let him know I wanted to reschedule and i was sent to voicemail directly.Looking at the reviews, I’m sure the owner will reply back saying it’s for Fieldprint. But I called in to imageplus , number listed in google

Terrible staff. Made us wait outside in the rain when we arrived on time to the appointment. When confronted, she argues that “If it’s raining, it’s not my fault.” How about show some humanity and let the person wait inside?

Called at 7pm, not knowing they were closed. The guy picked up, asked what I needed and I explained, and just said "call tomorrow sorry". Very rude employee. Already lost my business with them
