I felt they were very prompt, friendly, and honest. Chris did a thorough job of cleaning our furnace, and double checking everything to make sure everything was good and working well before leaving. I definitely recommend them!

My House Air Conditioning wasn't working when I got up yesterday morning. Called Guaranteed Mechanical at 7:30am and they found a way to come to my house by 2:30 pm. Chris investigated and was Able to resolve the problem (burnt off lead on the Start-Up Capacitor), by installing a new Start-Up Capacitor and fixing the wiring. I was Lucky my Compressor still good.

Guaranteed Mechanical has been taking care of my HVAC systems for over 15 years. In all that time they have kept everything maintained, and because of this all the equipment is running as well as it was when first installed.
