Drove a long distance yesterday only to find out the store closes at 6pm this week. The mall was open until 8pm. No information on shortened hours on their website.

The staff from this store is awful! Everytime when we go there we are treated with a lot of disrespect! Last time when we went there, we drove over 1 hour. When we arrived there, the store was closed. They just decided that the store will close sooner that day and they just did that. All the staff was inside, looking at us through the window like “what do you want?” While all the other stores were open. Reading all the other bad reviews, I cannot believe that all the staff is still working there. I hope someone will notice and they will get fired because they are treating people soo poorly! They have a salary and a job because people like us go there and spend their money but it seems like they don’t care. The store and products are very good, but the stuff is horrible. Hoping that something is going to change there!

I traveled quite a long distance to this particular branch of the store and slowly looked at all the offers, because I came to shop, I was constantly being judged by the employees as if to speed me up, I had the impression that they were following me, it was not pleasant. And there were two unpleasant incidents: first, I unpacked the box of the palette I was buying, the consultant snatched it from my hands and said that "you can't unpack it", strange, how am I supposed to make sure that there is no damage to the cosmetics inside? Then I was looking at the eyeshadow testers and another consultant came up and said that I probably dropped the eyeshadow applicator and didn't pick them up, but I’m just looked at the open eyeshadow palettes with my eyes. In the end, I made a large purchase in the store, but I was left with a very unpleasant aftertaste and bad impressions. Next time I will go to another store of the company. And rude girls, as I understand from the reviews, have not gone anywhere for a long time.

Good selection of cosmetics but the staffs are not so great. No one greet us when we entered. Walk for around for 15min and no one ask if we need help.

There's a good selection of Jo Malone and Tom Ford here, at prices lower than I've seen anywhere. But the big minus is the staff, they will never offer help and always create the appearance of being busy, even if you ask for advice they do it very reluctantly and never know anything.

(12/14/23) In every store I walked into within the mall , there was always an employee who would greet me as soon as I entered the store and would ask if I needed help. But NOT here at the Cosmetic store. Walked in there and no one was at the front to greet me. There were I believe about 3 women employees close to the counter (at the back of the store) who offered absolutely no customer service. Didn’t acknowledge my presence at all. Rude! They’re lucky I was in a great holiday spirit because I would’ve called out their rudeness right there and then. Looking at the other reviews, seems to me that they’re lack of customer service is big problem. Looks like they need a course in customer service 101 because their lack of professionalism will definitely not get them far in life.

The deals are very good, I have no complaints about the products but unfortunately, the staff is extremely rude. I wish I would remember the names, would have shared them here. If you ask any simple question about the product or the sale, the employee’s attitude touches the height of rudeness for no reason.

The worst service I have ever received.I wanted a Clinique foundation and the store has poor lighting. I didn't know the color for my skin tone. I asked the saleswoman who was sitting on the floor restocking products and she said she didn't know either.I was shocked that a clerk didn't give information about the product but I took it anyway and in the light I saw that the color was dark I asked for an exchange and the clerk was rude and rude.I don't go into this store anymore.I do not recommend.
