I've been to the location a few times and was disappointed in the unorganized women's jeans section as well as the untagged items wherein you have to wait until the next day or later in order to buy the item at which time the item may be gone.

The policy of the thrift store where items without tags are not for sale is absurd. I have been a loyal customer for years now, and frequently visit this store. Additionally, I donate items to this thrift store. Equally absurd is the practice of setting exorbitant prices for items that still have their original tags. It is essential that you make efforts to revise your store policies. Every time I visit and purchase from the store location, I never spend less than $100 at a time. In fact, today I spent $115.73. I am so disappointed and how the manager spoke to me and treated me. The cashier was very pleasant. Customer service needs improvement!

Great selection of clothing and shoes and prices are very reasonable especially on sale days .

Like one of the reviews on here, this place used to be a good thrift store, however ever since they switched their store around and new prices went live, it hasn’t been the same, they sell things for way too much, practically it is a reseller store, sometimes broken junk for more than $8, not worth it anymore

This place used to be a "hidden gem": low prices and great selection of items, especially pricier clothing brands (DKNY, North Face, etc.) In the past year, however, prices have gone way up (for example, $25 for a pair of sneakers.) You can still find the occasional good deal, and their loyalty program sometimes offers half off the entire store, but in general it's just not what it used to be. 2 stars for prices, 3-1/2 for selection.

I would like to comment that today, Friday the 29th/23rd, I arrive at the store at 8:43pm. And they didn't allow me El Paso, one of the employees, when I opened the door, ran and told me that no one could enter anymore "because the doors closed at 8:30 pm and I told her, I thought they closed at 9 pm?" And he told me no, he can't come in anymore......I recommend that you change your schedules and respect your schedules. I was just looking for an article that I had already seen and wanted to go back for it and this is what happened to me ?.

I use to shop here several times per week and always walked out with a few items. I have been there several times in the past couple months and left with nothing. Prices have skyrocketed and I'm no longer finding good merchandise. Some items I could get new from Marshalls, TJMAX, or Ross for the same price or even less if it is on clearance. I will no longer shop here. They've lost a long time customer.
