I recently had the misfortune of visiting a gas station that left a sour taste in my mouth and left me extremely dissatisfied with their service. The incident occurred when I tried to switch my payment method, and the worker's rude behavior and refusal to accommodate my request left me feeling frustrated and disrespected.First and foremost, the worker's attitude was downright appalling. From the moment I approached the counter, they displayed a complete lack of basic customer service skills. Their facial expression seemed to scream, "I don't care about your needs." When I asked if it would be possible to switch my payment method, the worker responded with an unnecessary level of hostility and aggression, as if my request was an unforgivable offense.Instead of calmly explaining any company policies or limitations, the worker rudely shut down my request without any explanation whatsoever. It was clear that their main objective was to exert control and assert their authority, even if it meant alienating customers in the process. This kind of behavior is simply unacceptable and reflects poorly on the gas station as a whole.What disappointed me the most was the total lack of empathy and understanding shown by the worker. I am a regular customer at this gas station and have never encountered such an unpleasant experience before. It's disheartening to think that a single employee's demeanor could ruin the reputation of an entire establishment.Furthermore, the refusal to accommodate my request to switch payment methods was incredibly inconvenient. As a customer, I should have the freedom to choose how I want to pay for my purchases. Yet, the worker's rigid and uncompromising stance forced me to stick with a payment method that I didn't prefer. This kind of inflexibility and unwillingness to adapt to customers' needs is simply inexcusable.In conclusion, my experience at this gas station was nothing short of abysmal. The worker's rude behavior and refusal to allow me to switch my payment method left me feeling disrespected and undervalued as a customer. I would strongly advise anyone seeking a pleasant and accommodating service to steer clear of this particular gas station. Their lack of professionalism and disregard for customer satisfaction make them undeserving of anyone's patronage.

Owner seems like a cheap piece of dirt. I probably used to spend at least 50 60 bucks a week here buying cigarettes, gas, and chips but I will never spend another penny here again. I asked him to use the bathroom really quickly and he says "NO, WE DONT HAVE BATHROOMS HERE FOR CUSTOMERS". How does a gas station in aurora not have a public bathroom for paying customers? I already posted this on the aurora neighbor Facebook page that has over 2,000 followers and I had over 250 likes. Hopefully this idiot can learn to appreciate the people that do business with him. I think he drives a white Mercedes truck. STAY AWAY FROM THIS GAS STATION AND GO DOWN THE STREET.
